Did 2 transfers with this company to family in Cuba and it was effortless before but now with being unable to transfer to an MLC USD card, I was told I could get a refund of my wallet in my app. After multiple emails with request to refund my wallet, no response. Now the only option in the application is home delivery in CUP and no explanation provided as to why they can’t transfer money on the MLC card in USD. Quite frustrating and disappointing as it was so effortless before. If you’re thinking about using this service, please think of using another transfer service. Based on the reviews, sounds like many others are dealing with no communication from them.
