The problem with the application is somethime the fees is crazy the calculator Le problème avec l’application c’est les frais calculés ça m’a pris une heure pour avoir un bon calcul

I made several attempts to send money to a friend in Cuba over the last two days and I have been unsuccessful. To make matters worse, I attempted to get some help from a Duales agent and was unable to contact anyone. I have sent money to Cuba each Christmas for several years and have not had any trouble with the process in the past.

Je trouve qu'il est simple et facile d'utiliser vos services. Cependant je trouve que les frais sont prohibitifs. Il est très honéreux d'utiliser vos services. Comme il y a peu d'entreprises qui offrent ce service nous sommes piégés et vous en profitez pour imposer des frais élevés. C'est presque de l'extorsion. C,est très frustrant. Il pourrait y avoir un frais de 15 % jusqu'a 200 $ et ensuite un frais fixe de 30 $ pour les montants de 200 $ et plus. De plus il n'est pas plus dispendieux pour vous de traiter un montant de 50 $ que de traiter un montant de 200 $. Alors pourquoi les frais sont ils variables?

J'ai du me résigner à effectuer un transfert dans un compte CUP à Cuba. Vous promettez des transferts possibles dans un compte en fonds USD et ce n'est toujours pas possible. Le transfert en CUP est nettement plus dispendieux et moins avantageux pour la personne qui reçoit le transfert.

Very disappointed. Had not used account for a while. Forgot user name. Kept giving me password which I had. Finally got on then sent me to an app in playstore to sign up again. I just wanted myaccount to be reactivated so I can send much ended money to Cuba.

I am still awaiting for a confirmation regarding my transfert 196719 sent yesterday for which the interact money transfert was sent and debited from my bank account. Please let me know if the payment was received. After I received confirmation that the transfer was remitted to the destinatary, it will convey to you my final review. D. Dortelus

you phone no one answers, you go to chat in spanish i live in canada and then lemargo inc would not take my mastercard i use as i have done b4 .just sending funds to cuba would not accept my beneficuary bank acc't # so had to settle for home delivery and they in cuba would like a date when funds coming ,few days its electronic transfer .people in cuba waiting for money now. then you are almost finished with application as im on phone in cuba time out start all over so find out from lemargo as voicemail only when money arrives bastards no customer service no one answered phone at duales

I am paying in U.S.D. funds so I don't understand why the money i send isn't in U.S.D. it is unfair to me paying and to my family receiving the funds in Cuban currency especially knowing how bad the situation is right now in Cuba. So sad.

incomprensible el hecho de que haciendo un envio en usd no puedan depositarlo en una trajeta emitida para ese efecto haciendo la transacion via el sitio internet de DUALES PERO SI EXIGEN QUE LA TRANSACION SE HAGA VIA UNA APLICACION CELULAR No entiendo lo absurdo de esa politica de DUALES talvez por intereses economicos con las compañias telefonicas donde DUALES recibe dadivas por cada aplicacion recargada para el envio de dinero acuba no encuentro otra logica explicacion que los interese econmicos y no elSERVICIO AL CLIENTE

I used this company to transfer money people waiting for it. The transaction were approve money was taken out. This company claimed that only transaction was approved and the other was declined. My Bank USAA said otherwise they informed me that Both transactions were paid one for $133.00 the other was $171.00. next during a chat a rep for Duales provided me a transaction statement which had THREE not TWO transactions two in the amount of $171.00 in which one was clearly reject. I use this site regularly to send money to my family in cuba. I'm expecting they get the money in us dollars and they don't. I'm very disappointed because this is what I send from here. Hope we can fixed this problem and we can continue doing business with you guys sincerely.

Actually I didn't make a transfer i wanted to but as usual you are months behind the competition. All that you offered was a transfer to a CUP card. That is useless. Transfers to MLC cards is not longer available, please don't say that it is because of the elimination of the CUC, AIS and every European bank have adapted. i can send money to any MLC card issued from any bank in Cuba. Catch up if you want business in the future. Like it or not MLC is the way to go, a CUP card is useless.

I was interested in the services offered by duales because I periodically need to send money to Cuba. The registration procedure is quite confusing, for the following reasons: The second surname field is mandatory, and not everyone has a second surname. Special characters, like "ñ", and probably accented vocals, are considered non-alphabetical and are not accepted. These problems make unsure that a money transfer can succeed, since they potentially prevent correct identification of sender and/or beneficiary. For the above mentioned reasons, I preferred to wait that other, currently out-of-order, payment methods, are available again, since duales seems to be a not completely mature website.
