I used this company to transfer money people waiting for it. The transaction were approve money was taken out. This company claimed that only transaction was approved and the other was declined. My Bank USAA said otherwise they informed me that Both transactions were paid one for $133.00 the other was $171.00. next during a chat a rep for Duales provided me a transaction statement which had THREE not TWO transactions two in the amount of $171.00 in which one was clearly reject.
