“I've been a loyal Duales user for years, but the company has clearly declined; it's simply not the same service anymore. The most frustrating change is the collapse of customer support. Not only are emails consistently unanswered, but on the rare occasion you do get a reply, the staff is no longer cordial. To make matters worse, they've removed credit card payments, forcing users to inconveniently rely on money transfers. I am currently experiencing this lack of support firsthand: I initiated a transaction on October 24th and have been sending daily follow-up emails, but I have not received a single response, today is Nov. 4tH He sido un usuario fiel de Duales durante años, pero la empresa ha decaído claramente; simplemente ya no es el mismo servicio. El cambio más frustrante es el colapso del servicio de atención al cliente. Los correos electrónicos no solo quedan sistemáticamente sin respuesta, sino que en la rara ocasión en que se obtiene una, el personal ya no es cordial. Para colmo, han eliminado los pagos con tarjeta de crédito, obligando a los usuarios a depender incómodamente de las transferencias de dinero.”

“He usado duales para el envio de dinero a Cuba durante mucho tiempo pero de pronto no puedo hacer ningun envio porque cuando hago click para pagar sale una pagina de entidades bancarias canadienses con las que no tengo ninguna relacion. Supongo que es un error de la pagina web pero la falta de preocupacion de los responsables es desconcertante.”

“I have been using Duales for years. Excellente service, but now the option to pay by creditcard or debot card is not there anymore. Please fix this isue. I sent 3 emails about this situation., not anwers at this moment. Thanks.”

“Dependable, as always, cash in the recipient's hands delivered to their door. It will be nice when a credit card(VISA) can be used again, that is the only reason I didn't rate five stars.”

“Uso duales.com por más de 10 años y hasta ahora no había tenido problemas significativos pero de un tiempo a la fecha el modo de pago cambió y hace las transacciones más engorroso pues involucra tener que tratar directamente con tu banco, además se siente una sensación de inseguridad y desi formación pues una vez realizado el pago por e-transfer nunca recibes una confirmación de que el pago fue hecho y el di ero enviado.”
