“Unreliable costumer service, whether by phone or bu email. Duales is under the belief that they are doing a favor, instead of the contrary; duales should be happy to have new costumers and be ready to help with an app (DUCAPP) which does not work properly. I have decided to give up and look for other, friendly, ways of sending money”

“Ich dachte, ich hätte 57.500 $ für immer verloren! Mein Konto wurde plötzlich gesperrt und alle Versuche, den Kundendienst zu erreichen, wurden mit Schweigen beantwortet. Die Frustration und Hilflosigkeit waren unerträglich, da jeder Versuch zu Lügen und Sackgassen führte.
