“I have used Duales for many years. My recent use if their services was disapointing. The new regulations governing transferring money to Cuba were not explained, and the man in sales is extremely rude.”

“Since more than a month Card payment is not longer at option at the webpage. Download the App and after try to send money said: Finish to complete your profile then contact customer services. Customer care said the issue is a Card system maintenance but still not working. I do not think this is the real situation. Try to contact customer services not answer our emails. Is a shame the way they treat a customer that have been used their service for 7 years.”

“I always use Duale to send money to Cuba, and they have been excellent. I have a family member in Cuba,and have always pay with credit card. There credit card division is having issues. How am I going to be able to help my family member? Please get if fixed.”

“I used to use duals frequently to send money to Cuba, but it no longer works the way it did before. I tried installing the app, and it also doesn't offer home delivery or Mastercard payment options. im living in united arab emirates”
