My rating might be higher in future now that I have figured out some of the quirks of the Duales website. First, I could not get beyond the first page of adding a beneficiary for preparing to send an actual transfer until I changed browsers from Chrome to Edge. This happened twice. Also, although it shows various delivery options, none of the specific bank references seem to have any purpose. The only option that worked was the last one... "MLC ... Any Bank". For this option you must have the recipient's bank CARD number that evidently always begins with 9225.
