I have used Duales for 10 years for home-delivery to Las Tunas. When I needed to send lots of money to buy a bus, they allowed me to send more than the normal limit. When a relative got only 135 cuc instead of the 165 cuc that I sent, the problem was fixed by internet in only 3 hours. When I sent money to a small village outside of Las Tunas, to a house which had no street name, and no number, they found my relative without any problems. Duales is great !
