Specifically, there is absolutely no way to obtain a status of your transaction via the website. The site offers customer service telephone number contacts but it is virtually impossible to reach anyone to obtain the status of your transaction. Personally, I left my telephone number with two customer service personnel and I never received a call back. Live chat is no better. I asked a question and never received a response.
