Been a customer for many years. The only complaint I would say is sometimes difficult to communicate when there is a problem. Sonia has been very helpful for me and I appreciate her efforts.
I understand many changes are taking place in Cuba and Duales is adjusting to the changes.
I give the company 5 stars because for all the many years of service the problems have been very few. They have met or exceeded my expectation .
