I had to try five times before the system accepted my money.
In the past, the service has been excellent!
I called the office twice but no one called me back.
I wrote for help several times but no one wrote me back.
Now, it seems to work. The payment screen seems to have been changed.
Overall, I really appreciate the service provided by Duales.
