I had a problem with a remittance to Cuba. I entered a wrong card number for the recipient there. A few hours after that I received an email from Duales telling me about the problem and requesting me to send them te rigth number. I did it and in less than 24 hours the recipient had already received the remittance. The staff is very kind and helpful.
