I have used Duales to send money to Cuba for at least past ten years. We have had our ups and downs due to the erratic fiscal policies caused by the Cuban government. No fault of Duales as they worked overtime keeping up with the changes and keeping their customers in the loop. My Canadian friends as well as us Americans appreciate Duales's help. I've found Duale's customer support to be first class. Always get a timely reponse whether via email or phone call. Duales has followed through when the unexpected happens, Cuban government's policies are crazy at times. Duales is in tune to what that government is up to. I find this comforting. As to fees, I found Duales to be very fair and in fact, lower than others. One service Duales has that I have yet to see with others is "Home Delivery USD cash". I suppose this costs a little more since Duales has people on the ground delivering USD cash to those you designate. This alone is service far above what others offer. My Cuban family loves getting cash. Often times, within two days. With cash, my family actually has real choices in the marketplace. The exchange rate to CUCs for my family using cash vs MLC is superior. Duales ROCKS ! Santiago
