I've noticed recently that the fee quoted on the website for orders suffers from the fee quoted in the email. For example; I sent 300 usd for delivery in USD. The fee quoted instantly in the site was 20 usd. The email sent showed a.qoute.of.16 usd. I rarely check the email when making an order thus I pay what the site quoted me. My question which is the correct fee? I'm happy with the service. It's reliable, punctual, even at the worst of times in Cuba you guys deliver. There was a bit of a hickup about a month ago where a couple of orders were delayed until noted and corrected. Lately the service has been at its best. Thank you Duales team!
