I am a first time user and found the site very confusing. The info is easy to fill out but a problem once to get stuck as there is no one to help guide one through the application, I asked for help via email as requested and no one got back to me, so I was unable to send the much-needed money to my loved ones in Cuba. I am disappointed but will wait until Monday and hope to get a human to help me with the issues I am continuing to have, Sadly I have not been able to complete one transaction yet which makes me very sad and frustrated. I hope these problems can be resolved.
