This review is just based on creating an account and sending one remittance. I did this yesterday, so don't know how the rest of the process will play out. So far, I'm very happy. The website is easy to use; it was easy to create an account; it feels very secure; and I was very happy to be able to use e-transfer since it seems as a secure way to go. The fee is very low. As soon as I sent the e-transfer, I received confirmation by email. I'll try to remember to send a review once the money has been received in Cuba (by home delivery). I'm very happy that duales is still working during covid.
