For anyone hesitant to use this service, let me tell you that I was in the exact same boat. We all know how difficult it is to send any assistance easily to Cuba. So I decided to send funds to some of our resort service friends in a "test" of this service. The added worry for me was that I was sending the funds to the city of Remedios in Santa Clara district (Not Havana and not so close to the airport). The transfer process was SO easy. I registered, entered the recipient info, and completed the request. I was then able to easily make an e-transfer from my internet banking account. EASY. FAST. No hoops to jump through. We were told that delivery would occur within 4 days. To our utter delight, delivery was made in 2 days directly to the recipients' home in Remedios. As an initially skeptical client, I strongly recommend Duales.
