Duales has successfully transferred money to my friend in Cuba, both through "home delivery" and to her bank account at Bandec (CUC). It is too bad only smaller amounts can be transferred using a credit card, as this increases costs due to fees with each transfer. Duales gives excellent customer service and can actually be reached by phone (or e-mail) when necessary.
