Greetings, to whom it concern; first and foremost, I'd like to know "why isn't there someone that can assist anyone, potential client/customer with answers relating with sending money to Cuba. Haplessly, I was speaking, asking him questions with a Duales representative, and he suddenly, cut-me off, telling/saying, "he would call me back. I am still waiting!"
