I am very satisfied with the service I have been receiving Duales.com. My friend in Cuba is able to go to a local bank and receive the funds that I send her. I am bothered bye the fact that the Cuban Government sets the value of the CUC based on the value of the American Dollar. In reality the CUC has no value in world markets.
