I bought four items and my order is still showing as unfulfilled. When I query shipping, I keep getting an automated email advising my products have been shipped, and I will get tracking details soon. I get the same automated email irrespective of my query. I have now demanded a refund and I still get the same automated email response. It appears that this site is a scam and I have no idea how I can resolve this - please help!
