I ordered a back pack from them Aug 31 and it took over 8 weeks to arrive. when it came it had a rip in the lining. i contacted Dudes gadget right away and sent a picture. They still have not resolved my problem. they will not tell me where to send it to get a refund they will not send me a new one and now have accused me of causing the damage. I DID NOT. it has take 4 months already and all i have received is the run around from them. they do not care about customer service at all
