Received a backpack months after ordering and then found it had a broken zipper. When I asked about refund and replacement was told they wouldn’t refund as I shouldn’t have broken it!! Absolutely terrible customer service, don’t reply to emails and behave fraudulently. Avoid this company or lose your money!!
