Customer service is non-existent, I asked to speak to the manager I waited 4 days before he finally called me he was patronising and rude. I'm a cash customer and he refused to send me out a replacement for the order they sent incorrectly. I was required to pay again and said they would credit as soon as they received the other parts back 6 weeks later I'm still waiting and £130 down. Give this company a wide berth if you want my advice!
