“Customer service is non-existent, I asked to speak to the manager I waited 4 days before he finally called me he was patronising and rude. I'm a cash customer and he refused to send me out a replacement for the order they sent incorrectly. I was required to pay again and said they would credit as soon as they received the other parts back 6 weeks later I'm still waiting and £130 down. Give this company a wide berth if you want my advice!”
“Duffells are a great supplier of most things i require for locksmithing. They do not have everything however and sometimes it can be hard to actually get to speak to your so called account manager. Tech guys are awesome tho”
