“I have used duffels for the last 15 years however my last 3 order experiences have been absolutely shocking they say next day delivery however they should say parts will be delivered when courier as run out of lies and excuses why the part hasn't been delivered when promised. One part was that late I lost the job and wanted to return the part through no fault of mine ... Promised collection every day but once again daily excuses and lies why the part couldn't be collected.... If you want to keep your customers happy I wouldn't rely on duffels hence why I won't be using again”
“Customer service is non-existent, I asked to speak to the manager I waited 4 days before he finally called me he was patronising and rude. I'm a cash customer and he refused to send me out a replacement for the order they sent incorrectly. I was required to pay again and said they would credit as soon as they received the other parts back 6 weeks later I'm still waiting and £130 down. Give this company a wide berth if you want my advice!”
