Every time Dunkin makes my order incorrectly, I call customer service, who is only interested in finding fault with the franchise and not in refunding or crediting my order. I usually order a large latte which costs about $7. I feel that their customer service has dropped the ball too many times. I will start buying from Starbucks or Panera Bread more. Their customer service caters more to the customer and not to their corporate base.
