“Why do even have a register at the counter, I came inside to order. Never got waited on. I usually am there 5-6 days a week. I get 3 croissants and a Duncan latte. I will not go back to Duncan again. I know what I spend there doesn't matter, but you better believe i will spend it somewhere else.”

“Asked for 1 dozen mixed muffins, was told they could not sell a dozen muffins even though there were 14 muffins on the shelf. Said they needed them in case a “regular”wanted one. I wonder how it is conducive to building new customers.”

“I find it ridiculous that they charge for butter or jelly. The need to advertise that butter is a extra they need advertise for extra butter and jelly $.50 extra butter extra.80 cents.”

“Went to Dunkin donuts in platteville this morning to get pollworker's donuts for the great job they do like always,,,Door unlocked walked up to the front counter was told to go through the drive up by a worker told her i'm not going through the drive up if i'm in here about10 min's later she finally takes my order for 12 donuts for the pollworker's,, be the last time i get anything from there,, then she follow me out the door and locks it”

“Rhea County dunkin donuts today ordered a coffee with cream. Girl asked "do you want sugar?" I said no, just cream. Got back to my work and it had hazelnut creamer in it. Third bad experience there. Last time I swore I'd never go back. This time I mean it”

“This location is terrible.... they cannot make the drinks correctly, they all tastes like sweet milk... the donuts are always stale... I'm going to 7brew for now on.. all these locations are the same.. and i never see an American working, always foreigners .... you don't deserve 1 star”

“If I could give it 0 points I would. I tried to upload a photo but it told me to come back later. I ended up throwing it away. The donut was not carefully placed in the bag. No wax paper on the top. Glaze was all on the side of the bag. Nothing but a mess. This was the drive through in Sycamore IL.”
