Just stopped at a Dunkin’ at edgerton wi 53534. The customer service was completely unacceptable. There were 4 young ladies “working”. The one that was taking my order spoke so she was barely audible. I asked her to please speak up, to no avail. Two other workers were on their cell phones. Very poor customer service. There should at least be an adult supervisor holding these people accountable.

I just left the 5 Gaywalk street Dunkin. I ordered 2 Bacon egg and cheese wraps the wraps are so over cooked they are like taco shells, the cheese is dark dark brown so over cooked it has no flavor and the bacon was burned. Worst breakfast ever 4/9/26 @ 6:30 am you need to either do better at training of hire better people and maybe pay them more

After writing to Dunkin' Donuts Customer Service and NEVER (5 days has passed) heard back from them or the store off of 2720 S Dixie Hwy, Ste E, Miami, Florida 33133: Good morning, I have in the past never made complaints with Dunkin' Donuts, however, this very same location over the years with many issues that I have had, I think I tried to be reasonable and compassionate. I usually order in the early mornings before 6am and the same person that made the mistakes in the past was there, however, I believe it's intentional. I do not know why but for example, the last time I ordered 1/2 a box of donuts, I wanted to pick and choose the ones I wanted. He decided on his own picking for me, after I had mentioned that I wanted certain ones, as if he couldn't understand my english sentences and used that as an excuse. Today, I ordered from my Dunkin' Donuts mobile app, (10) munchkins, jelly and an extra large original coffee with an extra shot of espresso. I received no espresso shots and was overloaded with sugar that I couldn't drink. In addition, I didn't receive (10) munchkins, but (6). I have photos if you need to verify and confirm my statement. At first, I tried calling them at the store multiple times to inform them of today's issue. But the phone on the receipt kept ringing and ringing and ringing. Nevertheless, I was actually thinking of deleting my Dunkin' Donuts app and never doing anymore business with Dunkin' ever again. However, if this issue could be answered and corrected, I may decide to continue but never will I go back to store # 300797 again. I just continue to get targeted with mistakes from the same person. I am not asking for anything but having my order that I paid for. I just want what is duly right and begin my day with Dunkin' Donuts, not to ruin my day because of your company. I hope that you will receive this email and answer me soon. Otherwise, I will just not order from Dunkin' Donuts ever again anywhere. Respectfully, Generation X Coffee Customer

My car stopped in the drive through, and we're not start again. The staff here in Las Cruces , New Mexico on valley drive. Never made me feel like I was in their way, they helped me and showed empathy towards my situation. They made a bad day turn into a Great day to meet new people. Thank you

I used to love Dunkin Donuts and really loved getting the points but now they taken points away if you don’t use them. With prices on gas and food etc I count on those points sometimes to indulge on but not anymore so goodbye Dunkin your wrong for doing this we earned these points we should get to keep them.

On sunday March 22, 2026, My wife and I went to the Duncan on route 52 in Walden NY and received the worst customer service we have ever witnessed of all the Duncan's in the area! We ordered two iced coffees, three wake up wraps, one bagel with cream cheese and one doughnut. The bill came to a little over 20 dollars. When we arrived at the drive through window all the server gave us was the coffee and the doughnut. We asked the server where the remainder of our order was? she then took our receipt, looked at it and became angered directing her anger towards us.. the server then called the manager over. The manager then took our receipt and requested our debit card, and said she was going to give us a refund. We then asked if we were going to get the remainder of our food? At this point the manager became angered as if we did something wrong. Again she became angered and frustrated mumbling something in Spanish under her breath, her anger was directed towards both me and my wife. Stating "we didnt want the food." I then told the manager that WE DID want the food we ordered and paid for, and didn't appreciate her accusatory attitude towards us. The manager then stated in a very uncustomer oriented tone of voice that she was not accusing us of doing anything. I then advised her that we would never be visiting this Duncan location ever again. We have been customer of the local Duncan's in our area, and this WAS our first visit (and last visit) to this particular Duncan's. We love Duncan and have always been treated with respect. I'm very disappointed with the lack of customer care this particular Duncan gave us. The staff at this Duncan is a detriment to the Duncan brand.

I've always had dunkin' donuts I've been in the hospital now for about 10 days in hospital cough is really got old not all that good you know yesterday had your competition Starbucks I really messed up it was not all that he reminded me of 7-Eleven coffee this morning I decided to get up early early at like 5:30 in the morning thanks to the nurses and that said to order me some dunkin' donut coffee and thank God I did I'm 100% Colombian coffee man myself I've been drinking coffee and coffee over 40 years but it ordered me this extra large hot original coffee with full creamers and this is as far as I'm concerned for fast food restaurant quality golfing top of the line brothers sisters Y'all doing outstanding job I wanted to leave this review because like I said I've never had your coffee before today this will be my to-go to coffee place now anytime I need to order coffee and a hurry this is where I'll be best coffee ever first time customer excellent job guys Thank you very much keep up the great work

Dunkin sucks all processed food. They promote savings on how much they are doing for you. Hard to find a location that actually has good coffee. Many to Es I just make it at home - it’s better !

I visited the St. Johnsbury Dunkin on 3/15 and ordered a large refresher, however they handed me a medium. When I pointed this out the lady actually took a large cup, filled it with ice and added the medium drink into the large cup and handed it back to me. WTH is this?

How does DD stay in business?? I hadn’t been in a DD in a long time and thought I would stop into a new one that recently opened near my home. My donut was small, dry, overpriced and barely had any glazing on it. I should have went into the King Soopers across the street. Their donuts are much better.

Dunkin donuts are horrible, coffee horrible, kolochies horrible. Only Asians can make donuts and kolochies. Im white! I've tried a few donut shops not ran by Asians and they all are horrible. Shout out to Snow Flake donuts in Waxahachie! They are the best 10 stars! By far!

Some people working at the register it’s not for them. I went to Dunkin’ Donuts on Indiantown Road that lady at the register was so rude on a point I walked out and left the coffee. I am not going back to this place.
