“I visited the St. Johnsbury Dunkin on 3/15 and ordered a large refresher, however they handed me a medium. When I pointed this out the lady actually took a large cup, filled it with ice and added the medium drink into the large cup and handed it back to me. WTH is this?”

“How does DD stay in business?? I hadn’t been in a DD in a long time and thought I would stop into a new one that recently opened near my home. My donut was small, dry, overpriced and barely had any glazing on it. I should have went into the King Soopers across the street. Their donuts are much better.”

“Dunkin donuts are horrible, coffee horrible, kolochies horrible. Only Asians can make donuts and kolochies. Im white! I've tried a few donut shops not ran by Asians and they all are horrible. Shout out to Snow Flake donuts in Waxahachie! They are the best 10 stars! By far!”

“Some people working at the register it’s not for them. I went to Dunkin’ Donuts on Indiantown Road that lady at the register was so rude on a point I walked out and left the coffee. I am not going back to this place.”

“Went to Dunkin in Market square in downtown Pittsburgh 1 there was nothing but people in there that get high just nodding buying drugs then a girl name Renee said the manager Sam doesn’t care if they are in there so neither does she I think that place needs cleaned up I had my 4 year old with me and was afraid for our safety in that Dunkin”

“3206 West 111th Street, This location is very, very special to me. I look forward to seeing these beautiful bright smiley faces to make my day every morning. The management is very nice and kind as well as the polite and sweet employees. I feel very good about knowing they are here to serve the community and others with respect and dignity. “Worst experience ever. Stopped at the Dunkin' Donuts on the PA Turnpike at Allentown. Waited for 10 minutes at the cash register before the woman behind the counter told us you can't order at the register you have to order at the kiosk went to the kiosk to place an order and it didn't work kept taking us in a circle. The girl behind the counter still would not take the order. Finally we left they want you to do the ordering yourself instead of the employee, but don't even give you an employee discount would never go to the Dunkin' Donuts again. The girl was rude and not willing to help.”

“Dunkin in Cooksville MD. The worse. I ordered on the app. Walked in girl was on her phone . Walked to the back. Came out still on phone. No one else there. It took 10 minutes just to get a regular coffee. Will never go to this one again !”

“I visited your Dunkin at 87th Avenue in Doral. Happy with the avocado toast although it should be cut in half. The staff is not friendly and not accommodating. I realize many businesses are short staffed. I had 3 items asked for a tray. In an unfriendly response. We don’t have trays. I’m 73 and have worked for many years. I blame management for not properly training their employees!”

“The hot chocolate is the worst drink on the menu, it doesn’t taste like chocolate and taste like a water down yahoo. Not worth the price. They need to remove it from the menu.”

“I have been a longtime Dunkin’ customer and lately the coffee quality has noticeably declined. I have tried multiple locations in Mineola, NY including all three on Jericho Turnpike, and the coffee consistently tastes flat and bland. Even the caramel latte, which used to be my go to, just doesn’t taste the same anymore. Has anyone else noticed this too?”

“Went to dunkin donut in edinburg texas on trenton and mccoll. I got a donut with chocolate stuffing and it hardly had no chocolate stuffing in it. Not happy about it. It's expensive so it should be good donut.”
