“Went to the location in Madison on County Line Road. I don't think I have ever had a good experience with this location because every time I go, something goes wrong. Today, I ordered two peppermint mocha lattes, a bagel with cream cheese ON THE SIDE, and some donut holes. Once I finally got up to the window, they only handed me my bagel with maybe half a teaspoon of cream cheese on it and the two lattes. I had asked for some cream cheese on the side at the window, and they proceeded to tell me her manager told me I had to pay 50 cents for my side of cream cheese. I was very confused because I had asked for the cream cheese on the side to begin with, and I had already paid for everything. I didn't realize until after I left the line that I did not have my donut holes so I had to go all the way back. Once I went inside, I told them that I was missing my donut holes and they didn't even apologize or anything they just asked how many I needed. I am very disappointed I always try to avoid going to this location but I wanted to give it another chance today because I wanted to try the latte because it's seasonal. I will never be going here again. DO NOT GO HERE!!”
“The DD located at the 30th Street Septa Regional Rail stop. I asked for a plain bagel toasted well and took my order to go. Got upstairs to my office and opened the bag to reveal a whole toasted bagel. It was not split and toasted, just a toasted whole bagel? I keep trying to give this location a second chance, but they just keep failing. I am going elsewhere for my breakfast bagel. Sorry :-(”

Services are horrible and customer relations at corporate is none caring... they have lost my business and many others will follow. “The Dunkin in Easley SC is never properly staffed. They have signs up that says “ Short staffed , no espresso , and no hot food “ on the drive thru. Mobile orders are never made right and the wait is ridiculous in the morning. Sometimes the main door is locked so you have no choice but to go through the drive thru . I was an everyday customer and now it’s seldom and each time it’s a disappointment .”

“I just wanted to report on the newly remodeled store on Dewey Ave.Terrible customer service.i walked in,barely acknowledged with 2 employees and slower than molasses. I sorta was in a hurry but the two of them were jawin back and forth in their personal affairs.the young man is a poor representative of your company.dredlocks hanging in his face,pants dropping down to his butt and I must've waited to be acknowledged for at least 5 min.and I was the only one at the counter. “I went to the location at 1066 W Grant Rd in Tucson AZ at approximately 5:55 am on 11/13/2024. I placed an order in the Drive Thru. I was buying breakfast for two young children that are very picky about their food and its appearance. I ordered two coffee rolls and two donuts that were vanilla frosted with sprinkles. When ordering I asked that the coffee rolls be packed separate from the donuts - when purchasing a coffee roll for a child, if it has any sprinkles from the donuts on it, it becomes unacceptable. When I drove to the window to pay and pick up my order, the employee has one full bag. What transpired after that that point was me becoming a joke to the manager (who eventually got involved in my order) and the other employees (a total of 4 including the manager) who all stood around the drive thru window smiling and smirking as if they were watching a comedy. I won't describe more but I ended up driving off not purchasing anything and telling the manager and the employees to all go to he_l!!!! I will never return to any Dunkin Donuts. I hope your businesses go bankrupt and all the employees at that location become unemployed. Treat customers like s_it and you lose customers to other businesses.
I'm sure your employees and manager with tell my experience differently to protect their jobs and not your business. Too bad for you for hiring bad employees.
