15793 Livingston Rd Accokeek, MD 20607 I have been a daily regular for 3+ years. I order the exact same thing every day. Most days my order is correct, which is why I still come here. But once or twice every couple of weeks the completely botch it. Now, my issue isn't that the order is wrong sometimes. My issue is that they refuse to remake it. In all honesty, you should know the second my coffee comes out dark that it's not right. Again, I come every day. By now, you know a dark coffee is 100% not what I want. But instead of taking initiative, you give ME a hard time when I come in like you're not the one thats wrong. Thats literally the same as watching someone burn hashbrowns but still letting them sell those hashbrowns to a guest. Then when the guest complains, you make them buy new hashbrowns. Dunkin, if you care about your brand, then hire people who also care about your brand. There's only 2 employees at this location that clearly care. The rest only care about the paycheck and it's obvious.
