“This location is terrible.... they cannot make the drinks correctly, they all tastes like sweet milk... the donuts are always stale... I'm going to 7brew for now on.. all these locations are the same.. and i never see an American working, always foreigners .... you don't deserve 1 star”

“I was about to buy bavarian munchins amounting 12aed in burjuman branch. I have only cash which is 105. The cashier inform mw she dont have have. So unfortunately i didnt but since the cashier cannot provide change.”

“If I could give it 0 points I would. I tried to upload a photo but it told me to come back later. I ended up throwing it away. The donut was not carefully placed in the bag. No wax paper on the top. Glaze was all on the side of the bag. Nothing but a mess. This was the drive through in Sycamore IL.”

“For the last four times that I have bought a large caramel iced coffee with cream and sugar when I get it it is white not a coffee color. I have tried the Kodak Tennessee. I have tried Sevierville, Tennessee and the one off of Chapman Highway and they are all more cream than coffee. I called one and ask them. Do they have like a recipe they go by and they said yes, and when I went there and got one there, it was like cream and sweet. It’s like they don’t follow a recipe and then if I ask them for extra iced coffee to put in it because I said I like to have a coffee taste not cream taste you can tell they get aggravated. I used to get the best iced coffee in Maryville, Tennessee and Madisonville Tennessee because I would go that way for some reason. The ones in Sevier county don’t go by a recipe because it’s more cream taste than a coffee taste so today I decided to try the Kodak one again and I bought my sister one and bought me one and it was more cream not darker like a coffee I was so disappointed because when you spend out quite a bit of money for an iced coffee you want it made right I go through the drive through not the app and most times I pay with cash and if you don’t believe me you should send people anonymous and go through the drive-through and don’t let them know that they work for Dunkin’ Donuts and see what you get on large iced coffees with cream and sugar”

“The store employees are usually great. But the app is at best ok. App customer service number appears to be from a far away land and takes repeatedly explaining the problem and what you need to the point where it just best to hang up the phone because talking to yourself is just as productive. The app is buyer beware.”

“Customer service was absolutely horrible. I asked about getting my missing points from when instore wasn't working properly they absolutely refused. I will never be going to a dunkin donuts again. This is absolutely a disgrace that u treat tour customers like this. I even sent then my reciept 3 times that they kept asking for til I pointed out I sent it to u several times already.”

“Why is Dunkin Donut following Subway? From ordering a straight forward simple way to get a sandwich, they've now gone and made it complicated. Which bread, which sauce etc... I just wanted my simple tuna sandwich in a croissant which I've had for years. What I got was a convoluted warm tuna and warm vegetable sandwich. Disgusting!”

“I had to wait at the takeout window for 5minets just for them to hand me my drink that was sitting right there,while the guy at the window went to the back of the store to do other stuff,,if they don’t have better service than that they might as well close up shop”

“New Dunkin’ Donuts opened in Wytheville and the food was burnt and had no taste I got a coffee and a bagel sandwich, and the hasbrowns had a weird taste to them like a burnt taste. I will not go back to that one,”

“This was the prevailing service Americans are now known for, absolute no-care apathy, basically pay me to show up but no chance of decent service. Boy has this country gone to pot-in-a-pail. Being out of coffee is like Petco being out of pet food. It is the perfect example of the American today.”

“I was in line and want to order munchkin butternut, I saw that there’s a lot on there stall but says I can’t avail that because someone first on me reserved and will came back for it. I thought here in dunkin first who come and pay got the item. Poor Management System how to handle situations, staff are not knowledgeable on standards”
