The location on Spring Lake NC, very difficult just to get in and out, small parking all crunch in a little space, lo g wait times, lobby hrs sign said 5am, but they dont open till 10am, crazzy, only two people working with the amount of people that stop by just to find out they would leave with nothing for the long waits. 7 Brew or Starbucks are 100% faster

Too bad you can’t give them negative stars!!!! Dunkin has become the absolute worst place to go to. Called customer service this morning about their mobile app not working to place a mobile order ahead of time to get 100 bonus points and they just quit talking when I explained the problem. I have been a very loyal dunking customer but I guess now I will be a former customer because they have the WORST customer service!!!!!

Tried to purchase a dozen donuts. After paying for them was told could not get 6 jelly donuts. They had 10 of them but was told we had to get something different, could only get 3 jelly donuts. So others could get them so they would not run out.

U R The Worst...U Raised The Points For HOT Coffee...U Raised The Points For A Donut...Coffee small now over 3 bucks...1971 been going to DD...Unfortunately No Longer A CUSTOMER...Never ever have an offer for just a Coffee..always meal plan...crooks...Shame on u CEO Dunkin...

Customer service is horrible I Facebooked my issue,emailed and called got hung up on and no response!!! Just horrible!! My food was burnt and coffee horrible!! I use to go Every morning faithfully!!! No respect for dedicated customers!

The only reason I went to Dunkin is now gone. Chocolate creme filled powdered donuts are now discontinued. I have eaten this donut for at least 40 years. I want it back but like everything else in this world, it doesn't matter what I want. Maybe if enough people complain they will bring it back. We can only try.

Fort Drum Florida used to be a place families could go to on their way to Disney World and expect a great snack or meal while stopping in the bathroom. Well, all the shops were closed except Dunkin Donuts and Wendy’s at 10:00PM. When we tried using the automated robot to order our food, all eight were either out of service or not working. The ninth one in front of the counter also wasn’t working. The staff were not behind the counter, all of them just left because technology wasn’t working and everyone was hangry, angry while the staff took its time in the back. Meanwhile, there was a line with at least 30 people. Technology is literally replacing people and are just as broken as the underpaid staff serving the donuts. But the shelves were filled with people wanting donuts. And the kids wanting donuts on the way to Disney? Didn’t get any. My son, 10, left without a donut, as did the family in front of me, and the one behind me. What a joke. They just lost a customer forever. Bye Dunkin, you Sunkin.

Your "hashbrowns" are not hashbrowns. They don't even qualify for home fries. Chucks of fried potatoes are not hashbrowns. Very unappetizing and disappointing I hope that anyone who sees this review bewares of the not hashbrowns hashbrowns and does not get them. I certainly won't again

Dunkin’ Donuts in Woodstown NJ .. the manager once told me if I have an issue to take it to him rather than write a review.. so I did and he banned me from the store.. because a mutual customer told me about two girls in the morning that do stuff to the food if they don’t like you.. if you make any kind of remarks about they’re mistakes .. because they’re perfect so if you spend your money you should deal with the way they want to make your food or drinks..don’t tell them they didn’t wrong oh my god ! The two girls in the morning especially Mia and heather..and now Alex the manager banned me cause I sent him a pic of food and told him about it..and the owner will not answer his call..

Wish there was a ZERO stars choice! Visited DD on Hagen Rd in Boynton Beach. ONE employee in the entire store! He was pleasant, took my order for a BOX OF JOE. I specifically requested REGULAR and confirmed it was REGULAR NOT DECAF twice while order was being filled. Got to my destination and guests noted the tiny label affixed to the box read "DECAF." The box was a waste. I have been trying to reach DD Customer Service since (4 days ago) -- no way to reach ANYONE. Have waited 4 times at up to 30+ mins of listening to a recording stating "calls are extremely heavy." I chose the "call-back" feature 3 times -- absolutely no callback. I've even tried to reach their parent company, Inspire Brands, to no avail. Must listen to a sales pitch from Medical Alert company before being transferred to a number that is NOT related to DD! Now I see why there is complaint after complaint online. No more DD for me!

We have gone to a Dunkin in Horseheads NY in the Grand Central Plaza and for about a month the service has been absolutely terrible, this passed Sunday was the top, my wife ordered a Sausage and white cheddar croissant sandwich and they seem to always put the egg on which is a waste and then my wife found the paper from the cheese still on the cheese and then my wake up wrap wasn’t even cooked. Then for several mouths they don’t even have napkins

Rude Trainor & manager. Ordered a light & sweet coffee. Trainor told the trainee I didn't know how to order coffee when he asked what it was. Been ordering it that way for 30 years. After a second sparky comment, I suggested she was being rude, so her manager yelled, "OK, everybody get your donuts & get out". Wow ... great customer service. I won't be back.

I am writing in hopes that you PLEASE make awareness to your crappy training. I visit several dunkins within my area weekly, 02747. Weather it be in dartmouth westport mansfield franklin MA, no one knows how to make a caramel swirl, except the people of my generation in the a.m. Any other timif the day They pump handle and nothing comes out but they PUMPED IT 3 TIMES!!! HELLO YA SEE ANY CARAMEL IN THE CUP??? Nope just paid for a regular cup of coffee. Tired of giving just about $4.00 for something i didn’t order. Too busy leaning against drive thru looking at phone or complaining about what is going on in life or just plain ol jokin laughin it up. I believe i am done with DD and will just be making coffee at home and calling it my own brew.

I have been a loyal rewards customer for over 5 years, I use my Dunkin account on a weekly basic. Today I found out I was on auto pay, once my card gets under $10.00. who does this, if I wanted to add money to this account if wouldn't have been $25.00. I want my money back and remove the app from my phone. I've been calling all day, they have a phone number that you can't reach anyone and a website that doesn't work. Dunkin you suck.

The second time in 3 days something went wrong at dunkin' donuts. First time quality issue and they issued me the points in return. So I went and ordered the same thing 2 days later using the points that they gave me. When I got to the restaurant I noticed the points weren't used for the purchase and I had to pay almost $11 for a sandwich and coffee. When I asked the girl there she said your points were not used but when I looked at my points they were all gone. And it said on the slip points used but it also charged me on my credit card. I really don't think there's an excuse for that. I am so upset. What the message have not received it email back yet. Call Dunkin donuts corporate was on hold for a half hour so I had to hang up. I know I don't mean much to them but it's not really fair. At this point I don't know what to do. My wife likes the Frozen coffee so I told her I can't go back until they settle this issue. That's if they do settle it. I had an issue a little while back and I got nothing out of it. I don't understand a big company like that. Should be great with customer service, they just don't seem to care.

Twice I have been to the new Dunkin' Donuts in Cumberland, Maryland. Once was at 6:00pm and once was at 4:00pm. They had no donuts! I mentioned that it was only 4:00pm and he said something about the morning. I just ignore it and walked out. I had a coupon also that was only good for that new Dunkin' Donuts and it expires Sept. 30. Very disappointed in the response of the worker and the supply. If your main business is selling donuts, then you should have an ample supply! Couldn't believe it!

Placed an order at Dunkin’ Donuts on South Semoran, Orlando and it wasn’t until I asked to have the order canceled and my money refunded that then 2 employees scrambled to fill an order that should have taken 2 minutes. 5 employees in the store and inside orders were not being filled. I was advised that there was no manager to issue a refund . It takes a lot for me to get upset, and the lack of customer service was very upsetting.

Every single time, and I really mean 100% of the time, they put my two Boston Creme doughnuts upside-down in the bag, so the chocolate is stuck to the bottom of the bag.

I go to many Dunkin' Donuts throughout Massachusetts with my job and many of them are just phenomenal with no complaints. However the store on Grafton Street in Worcester has the worst customer service. I have gone in there a couple of times and had to leave because no one would come to the counter to even take my order. When I do get my order it's laced with all kinds of attitude like I'm wasting their time. I do not recommend this store.

Once again I'm here complaining. The store on 158 and 146 in Altamont. As I've said before, I'm there everyday at around 6 am and I order from the app. I'm always waiting and consistently late for work because of it. I don't understand the problem. It's one cup of coffee and it's pre-ordered. Why must I always wait. This morning, 9/18/25 I had to wait at the window, nobody had my order. They knew I was waiting there and just ignored me. Finally, the kid opened the window with a look like he didn't even know what I was there for. One morning, You weren't even open. BTW... nobody got back to me regarding my first complaint. Clearly, your people don't care about their job or the company.
