I contacted customer service because I tried to use a gift card on the app and the remainder of the purchase on my debit card. The total was $20.74, and my gift card was for $20. They charged my debit card for the whole purchase. I contacted them the day it happened and they strung me along for three weeks saying they were going to help me. I just wanted my debit card refunded and my gift card charged. They made me add more money to the gift card to accomplish this task, claiming I had to have the full $20.74 on the gift card. The app only allows a $2 minimum. I let them know that it was all set to be charged and didn't hear from them for a week. When I did finally hear from them they asked for my card information so they can refund my card, I gave them my card information along with the gift card information. They replied saying that they cannot refund my card after a purchase has already been made, even though literally minutes before they said they were going to do it. Also how can you refund someone before a purchase is made? That doesn't even make sense. After a purchase is the only time a refund would be required. I pointed out that I was told the exact opposite and sent a screenshot of them telling me that they will refund the debit card and charge the gift card. They responded back with the same response, they can't do it. So they made me wait three weeks, lied to me more than once, and made me spend more of my money just to tell me they're not going to help me. Awful customer service. I had such a simple request and they refused to do it, lied to me, and wasted my time.

This review is in reference to the Dunkin Donuts location at 1424 S Main Street Mansfield PA 16933. I am tired of being overcharged at this site. It happens almost every time I am there. Prices are always different from the drive through board it seems. And the customer service is terrible. This morning I ordered two sausage egg and cheese croissants that were clearly advertised on the drive through board as being $3.00 each. When I was given my total, they had charged me the regular price of $4.29. When I asked about this, the cashier said "they were prepaid". When I asked him what he meant, he just kept repeating that they were prepaid which had nothing to do with anything, I was asking why I was overcharged. Finally I asked him a fourth time and he looked at me, handed me my debit card and said have a nice day. Never answered my question. This location needs to brush up in its customer service skills and stop overcharging! Today's visit alone cost me $2.38 more than it should have and this is not the first time this has happened to me here.

I was looking at my business platform online & noticed a bum picking their trash. . . After going there a few times I noticed that she drools on the table while trying to sleep on it & leaves her things on the table right before she goes outside - such as random food items NOT EVEN FROM DUNKIN' left all over the place. . . The manager might as well take her home. . . MAYBE HE DOES IN EXCHANGE FOR SEX BECAUSE I DON'T KNOW WHY ELSE THEY'D LET HER DO THIS - THEY'RE GOING TO LOOSE THEIR WHOLE SUPPOSED "BUSINESS" BECAUSE OF IT!! L.M.A.O.!!!!!!!!! DON'T EVEN BOTHER GOING!!!!!!!!!!! IT'S DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
