I had a very disappointing experience at the Baskin-Robbins and Dunkin’ Donuts located at 4969 Westview Dr, Frederick, MD 21703. I ordered a birthday cake in advance for my 3-year-old daughter, but when I arrived to pick it up, the cake was completely melted. I chose another cake, and I simply asked if they could write a birthday message on it. Shockingly, the employees said they were not able to do that either. My daughter was heartbroken, and as a parent, I was deeply disappointed that I couldn’t give her the birthday moment she had been looking forward to. I hope Baskin Robins and Dunkin’s Donuts taking peoples disappointments seriously to improve their service toward customers satisfaction.
