I have been a loyal rewards customer for over 5 years, I use my Dunkin account on a weekly basic. Today I found out I was on auto pay, once my card gets under $10.00. who does this, if I wanted to add money to this account if wouldn't have been $25.00. I want my money back and remove the app from my phone. I've been calling all day, they have a phone number that you can't reach anyone and a website that doesn't work. Dunkin you suck.

The second time in 3 days something went wrong at dunkin' donuts. First time quality issue and they issued me the points in return. So I went and ordered the same thing 2 days later using the points that they gave me. When I got to the restaurant I noticed the points weren't used for the purchase and I had to pay almost $11 for a sandwich and coffee. When I asked the girl there she said your points were not used but when I looked at my points they were all gone. And it said on the slip points used but it also charged me on my credit card. I really don't think there's an excuse for that. I am so upset. What the message have not received it email back yet. Call Dunkin donuts corporate was on hold for a half hour so I had to hang up. I know I don't mean much to them but it's not really fair. At this point I don't know what to do. My wife likes the Frozen coffee so I told her I can't go back until they settle this issue. That's if they do settle it. I had an issue a little while back and I got nothing out of it. I don't understand a big company like that. Should be great with customer service, they just don't seem to care.

Twice I have been to the new Dunkin' Donuts in Cumberland, Maryland. Once was at 6:00pm and once was at 4:00pm. They had no donuts! I mentioned that it was only 4:00pm and he said something about the morning. I just ignore it and walked out. I had a coupon also that was only good for that new Dunkin' Donuts and it expires Sept. 30. Very disappointed in the response of the worker and the supply. If your main business is selling donuts, then you should have an ample supply! Couldn't believe it!

Placed an order at Dunkin’ Donuts on South Semoran, Orlando and it wasn’t until I asked to have the order canceled and my money refunded that then 2 employees scrambled to fill an order that should have taken 2 minutes. 5 employees in the store and inside orders were not being filled. I was advised that there was no manager to issue a refund . It takes a lot for me to get upset, and the lack of customer service was very upsetting.

Every single time, and I really mean 100% of the time, they put my two Boston Creme doughnuts upside-down in the bag, so the chocolate is stuck to the bottom of the bag.

I go to many Dunkin' Donuts throughout Massachusetts with my job and many of them are just phenomenal with no complaints. However the store on Grafton Street in Worcester has the worst customer service. I have gone in there a couple of times and had to leave because no one would come to the counter to even take my order. When I do get my order it's laced with all kinds of attitude like I'm wasting their time. I do not recommend this store.

Once again I'm here complaining. The store on 158 and 146 in Altamont. As I've said before, I'm there everyday at around 6 am and I order from the app. I'm always waiting and consistently late for work because of it. I don't understand the problem. It's one cup of coffee and it's pre-ordered. Why must I always wait. This morning, 9/18/25 I had to wait at the window, nobody had my order. They knew I was waiting there and just ignored me. Finally, the kid opened the window with a look like he didn't even know what I was there for. One morning, You weren't even open. BTW... nobody got back to me regarding my first complaint. Clearly, your people don't care about their job or the company.

I was at the counter one day and overheard a man say he was there for bear food! I couldn’t believe my ears. Sure enough, the girls working went to the back and emerged with a box labeled bear food! I heard the man say he was using it to bait bears to kill! He said they love donuts. Do you know how illegal that is in Missouri to do baited killing! Extremely illegal! Do better Dunkin. I can’t support your business knowing you stand behind and approve such an illegal use of your food. If you want the leftover food to not go to waste, send it to a homeless shelter or safe house for domestic abuse victims. Saving it and allowing it to go to a bear hunter using it illegally is disgusting!

When my family and I went to Dunkin' Donuts, the donuts had flies, like 8 flies, and that can kill a person.

worst dunkin, worst service. You'll get your order fast, but expect to double check that they actually gave you what you ordered. Any frozen coffees wont include coffee, and wont actually be blended.

AbSOLUTELY TERRIBLE-the breakfast ,raisin bagel (STALE/ HARD ), egg, sausage and I was hungry because i HAD MISSED Mcdonalds time period-I threw most of it in the trASH. The young lady on duty on Sept. 8,2015 at about 10:30 am--all the ladies are short , but she at least smiles TRIED TO ACCOMODATE ME and had personality compared to the others. Whoever owns this store needs to be FIRED-YES THE OWNER BECAUSE ALL THINGS START AT THE TOP--LOOK AT WASHINGTON D.C.

Today (9/5/2025) I bought 6 Boston cream. When I got home I found them to be very stale. I took them back to the store. The clerk took my word that they were stale and threw them away. He then got me 6 new ones. I checked them at the counter and they were just as bad. I asked for a refund and they gave it to me. My question is, since I use the auto reload how can I get my money out of the app? When you used to have bakers on site making fresh in the store your donuts were great. Since you started shipping them in they are hit or miss for freshness. Quite a disappointment.

First of all, there is no place to lodge complaints on your website. Do you not care the learn about poor service? I go to the dunkin on 158 and 146 in Altamont NY every day for a coffee. Lately, there has been nobody working the drivethru. One morning, the place wasn't even open. I pre-order with the app. Still I wait at the drive thru. This morning, I actually had to get out of my car and go into the store where the woman with the headset on was rude and complained about working there. The person behind me was so frustrated that he rode up on the curb to get around me while I was at the window waiting for someone, I thought he was going to hit me. This has gotten worse over the last few weeks. I can go elsewhere but I choose to go there. If you don't want my business... FINE! You're not the only place who sells coffee. Thanks for the douchbaggery Gene

My wife and I just stopped at dunkin (395 monroe tpke ct ) and had the following concerns. place was dirty, selection of donuts were limited, regular coffee was old bitter ( mine was decaf and was good ). Had to use bathroom and there was no toilet tissue had to use my hankie. We are rewards members and are frequent customers. This visit was at 2:00pm not crowded and FIVE employees were mulling around. VERY DISSATISFIED

The price of tea ( also just about everything) went up again after just going up three months ago, after going up six months ago after going up consistently every three to five months…Comon what the hell is going on??

The person at the counter had plastic gloves on but took my money and gave me change then used the same gloves to put my donut in a bag. Money is dirty enough but he could have emptied the trash and cleaned toilets with the same gloves.

Location: 5821 Wooster Pike, Medina, OH on 8/24/25 we ordered one breakfast sandwich and it was totally cold, we also ordered one avocado toast and the bread was "Not Toasted" and the guacamole tasted so sour and slightly brown and the amount spread on the bread wasn't even as thick as a piece of paper. There was only one other person in the restaurant so it wasn't due to busyness. I would never go back to any DD location cause this is the second location that was terrible .

These guys suck now days. The last 3 times I have went there they were out of most munchkins,had a very select few. Went there yesterday and tried to get in,was told by 2 employees sitting outside that lobby was closed that I had to go thru drive thru. Got back into the car went to drive thru only to be told that most of the donuts I wanted they didn’t have. From now on I will be driving across town to Krispy Kreme donuts.
