You can't get the types of donuts or see a price. The website sucks

Dunnellon fl. They gave me the wrong order. They didn't give me a receipt & we didn't know until we got several miles away & opened the box. Will never go back again.

Dunkin what's going on with your bagels?????? OMG!! the size has drastically changed i asked for a sesame seed bagel thru the drive thru. Got home and to my surprise it looked like a hockey puc! Im paying the same prize of a regular sized bagel. Got to go inside the store to ask if they were joking when I looked at their display All bagels were the same size extra small. Ridiculous! I guess I won't be going back for bagels anymore I will be going somewhere else. Highway robbery!! Disappointed 😞

Nooooooooooooo my hash browns taste like pooop there be no donuts left every time me go there be a big big bug in me coffee the sandwich look like a rat tore in it and it was moldy me will post a photograph 4 u to see what it looks like me deserve a gift card or else me will sue u 4 everything so better give me a gift card

Tried twice yesterday to contact location No manager, Made survey dissatisfied customer complaint for purchase in amount of just under $39 for stale bagels no less at 8:02 am purchase! You call corporate and language barrier and sounds like kids in school yard!

I want to start off by saying that the employees at Dunkin are exceptional! Very friendly and kind. Today I went to Dunkin like I do everyday before work for breakfast. I always get a mango Dunkin refresher with green tea ,no ice and extra concentrate along with a breakfast sandwich. I have been going to Dunkin for over a year now. I’m there 6 days a week. Starbucks used to be my place until I had a refresher from Dunkin. Today I went and was told that they can no longer make my drink because they don’t have a up charge button. I never cared about being uncharged I understand with no ice comes extra product. I get it! However, I was told they can no longer make my drink. Wow! What customer service! Dunkin would rather lose a customer than find a way to up charge. Really blows my mind. Guess it’s back to Starbucks for me. Good job management for losing a loyal customer!

(Beware) I got food poisoning from the wicked munchkins donuts at Lousiville Ohio store. I have tried to call many times! The store phone rings twice and goes a non voicemail!

I went in today to dunkin on Phelan and Daniela the lady that took my order simply didnt know what she was doing and couldnt understand anything i was saying. She looked lost the whole time, i ordered 2 ham and swiss croissants and she proceeded to ask me if i wanted a bacon egg and chesse biscut and i even pointed at the screen since she looked completely lost and once the manager helped her locate it and ring me up she gave me 2 bacon and jelly croissants and they look extremly burnt and stiff when she gave them to me cold like basically straight of the freezer .

The staff yelled at me because I wanted to use a table for a meeting, it had old spilled coffee on it. Thay said, "we don't do that!"

I cannot believe this I’ve been a loyal customer for over 10 years… And built up many points that now is taken away from me without any hesitation from Dunkin’ Donuts so much for the loyalty. I waited on hold for over an hour to talk to somebody about this because of their new policy. I’m not faulty the new policy. It’s just the fact that I built all of these points up and now they’re not accepting or extending the expiration date. I’m not talking about one or 200 points. I’m talking about 29,000 points. Shame on me for letting this happen to me Duncan. I’m disappointed And I will be moving my business elsewhere. Thank you for screwing me.

I ordered ice cappuccino with caramel. I asked multiple times if that’s same order all employees were agreed that it’s right order however I received milk with ice only. Very disappointing.I am trying to upload pic but it’s not going through.

Dunkin donuts think they are slick by raising the bonus points for each and every thing on their menu so you have to spend more money to get free stuff THEY SUCK a free coffee would be 500 points now it 600 like who the hell are they cheating their customers unbelievable

Lake pleasant and Happy Valley. Donuts sucked, no monster energy drinks, no fountain sodas, unfriendly workers, no receipt offered or given. This area needs a good donut shop!

The location on Spring Lake NC, very difficult just to get in and out, small parking all crunch in a little space, lo g wait times, lobby hrs sign said 5am, but they dont open till 10am, crazzy, only two people working with the amount of people that stop by just to find out they would leave with nothing for the long waits. 7 Brew or Starbucks are 100% faster

Too bad you can’t give them negative stars!!!! Dunkin has become the absolute worst place to go to. Called customer service this morning about their mobile app not working to place a mobile order ahead of time to get 100 bonus points and they just quit talking when I explained the problem. I have been a very loyal dunking customer but I guess now I will be a former customer because they have the WORST customer service!!!!!

Tried to purchase a dozen donuts. After paying for them was told could not get 6 jelly donuts. They had 10 of them but was told we had to get something different, could only get 3 jelly donuts. So others could get them so they would not run out.

U R The Worst...U Raised The Points For HOT Coffee...U Raised The Points For A Donut...Coffee small now over 3 bucks...1971 been going to DD...Unfortunately No Longer A CUSTOMER...Never ever have an offer for just a Coffee..always meal plan...crooks...Shame on u CEO Dunkin...

Customer service is horrible I Facebooked my issue,emailed and called got hung up on and no response!!! Just horrible!! My food was burnt and coffee horrible!! I use to go Every morning faithfully!!! No respect for dedicated customers!

The only reason I went to Dunkin is now gone. Chocolate creme filled powdered donuts are now discontinued. I have eaten this donut for at least 40 years. I want it back but like everything else in this world, it doesn't matter what I want. Maybe if enough people complain they will bring it back. We can only try.

Fort Drum Florida used to be a place families could go to on their way to Disney World and expect a great snack or meal while stopping in the bathroom. Well, all the shops were closed except Dunkin Donuts and Wendy’s at 10:00PM. When we tried using the automated robot to order our food, all eight were either out of service or not working. The ninth one in front of the counter also wasn’t working. The staff were not behind the counter, all of them just left because technology wasn’t working and everyone was hangry, angry while the staff took its time in the back. Meanwhile, there was a line with at least 30 people. Technology is literally replacing people and are just as broken as the underpaid staff serving the donuts. But the shelves were filled with people wanting donuts. And the kids wanting donuts on the way to Disney? Didn’t get any. My son, 10, left without a donut, as did the family in front of me, and the one behind me. What a joke. They just lost a customer forever. Bye Dunkin, you Sunkin.
