First of all, there is no place to lodge complaints on your website. Do you not care the learn about poor service? I go to the dunkin on 158 and 146 in Altamont NY every day for a coffee. Lately, there has been nobody working the drivethru. One morning, the place wasn't even open. I pre-order with the app. Still I wait at the drive thru. This morning, I actually had to get out of my car and go into the store where the woman with the headset on was rude and complained about working there. The person behind me was so frustrated that he rode up on the curb to get around me while I was at the window waiting for someone, I thought he was going to hit me. This has gotten worse over the last few weeks. I can go elsewhere but I choose to go there. If you don't want my business... FINE!
