“SERIOUSLY!!!! Beside the sandwiches the 2 men making the Sandwich never changed gloves while constantly pulling their pants up and when the manager gave them (what I presume) was their paycheck. Disgusting. I’m just hoping toasting the sandwiches killed some of the gems🤢My 2nd sandwich which was my husband was as equally horrible!”

“Just tried to eat the hockey puck called Everything Bagel. Could not do it. Did not get glazed because of course they were out. So I tried a few donut holes. Big mistake. Never again Dunkin.”

“Rewards program took my points worth $12.00 for not using card in 6 months. I usually pay cash about $10.00 per week when they cancelled my points. I have not been back to Dunkin donuts on five months They lost $200.00 and a former customer GOOD JOB 👍 Don't buy any more from them”

“Location opens when workers feel like it, 2 workers inside yet put signs up saying lobby closed. Never known a business that almost seems closed more than open.”

“15793 Livingston Rd Accokeek, MD 20607 I have been a daily regular for 3+ years. I order the exact same thing every day. Most days my order is correct, which is why I still come here. But once or twice every couple of weeks the completely botch it. Now, my issue isn't that the order is wrong sometimes. My issue is that they refuse to remake it. In all honesty, you should know the second my coffee comes out dark that it's not right. Again, I come every day. By now, you know a dark coffee is 100% not what I want. But instead of taking initiative, you give ME a hard time when I come in like you're not the one thats wrong. Thats literally the same as watching someone burn hashbrowns but still letting them sell those hashbrowns to a guest. Then when the guest complains, you make them buy new hashbrowns. Dunkin, if you care about your brand, then hire people who also care about your brand. There's only 2 employees at this location that clearly care. The rest only care about the paycheck and it's obvious.”

“Ordered a breakfast sandwich, bagel was so tough, could hardly chew it. I asked for some water because coffee was to hot, they wanted to charge me. They flat out had no customer service. I will not be back.”

“My food was all smashed after I saw the guy making it hot one of the girls backs. Definitely not a good idea to throw a customers food at their employees right in front of the customer. Also lots of profanity I can always hear when I come through along with snarky comments made to the younger kids working there. I just always have a different experience every time I come through this dunkin and unfortunately a lot of them are bad. Do better waunakee!”

“DD in Wheaton off Naperville Rd stole my money. I ordered donuts and never received them because of a delivery issue. They said only customer service can refund me! Customer service said the store can only refund me! It has been 11 days and still no refund! DD makes it so easy to order, but impossible to get refunded. Don’t go to this location!”

“I placed an order (Prospect St. Glen Rock) on the app at 7:09 - drove to the store and waited until 7:20 to get my order! I have gone to another store and placed the same order and gotten my order within 3 minutes!”

“I had a very disappointing experience at the Baskin-Robbins and Dunkin’ Donuts located at 4969 Westview Dr, Frederick, MD 21703. I ordered a birthday cake in advance for my 3-year-old daughter, but when I arrived to pick it up, the cake was completely melted. I chose another cake, and I simply asked if they could write a birthday message on it. Shockingly, the employees said they were not able to do that either. My daughter was heartbroken, and as a parent, I was deeply disappointed that I couldn’t give her the birthday moment she had been looking forward to. I hope Baskin Robins and Dunkin’s Donuts taking peoples disappointments seriously to improve their service toward customers satisfaction.”

“Have tried Dunkin’ Donuts after a while it seems the coffee always taste like water and like you’re drinking milk or cream what’s going on? It’s gone downhill. I guess I’ll go back to donut delight a lot of times you have to wait 1015 minutes just to get a coffee. It’s ridiculous.”

“Went to Dunkin Donuts in Carteret, NJ on 7/24/25 & placed a mobile order. They didn't have the iced strawberry lemon loaf & wanted to substitute it with a donut. Told them no just refund me for the loaf. Was told they could not give refunds on a mobile order I would have to call customer service. Customer service will give you a refund but in order to get it in 5 minutes you have to put it on a Dunkin Donuts gift card. Went back 7/25/25 just for an Iced Vanilla Chai with almond milk. What received was a cup of almond milk with a touch of Vanilla Chai. So disappointing. Back to Starbucks I go!!!”

“Last time I went to Dunkin, ordered a 10 piece chocolate munchkin. 6 of those turned out as other flavors, didn't ask if I was willing to substitute. Just got home from my latest visit, same order, only 8 munchkins. Not impressed, likely will not be going back.”

“Rude employees, never know what's going on, dont give you the stuff you order. I can order 20 minutes before I get there and if you walk in they say they dont have it and make you wait 30 minutes before offering something else to the point where you have to leave with nothing and this happens multiple times. And ive ordered a bagel sandwich and they put plain bread without telling me its substituted”
