I pulled up to the drive thru n the afternoon. Only one car in front of me. No one responded. I waited a good amount of time. When I pulled up to the window and the inside seemed deserted. I waited and eventually a young lady came to the window. I explained no one came to the microphone to take my order so I came to the window. said I’m sorry we can’t take orders from the window. You have to drive around and go through again left. This lack of service is happening at all the Dunkin’ facility. I will make coffee at home and save money for now. Let me know when you guys straighten out your employee situation and maybe I’ll start buying Dunkin’ Donuts again. And by the way, I do have the app in the app does NOT work any better.

I went to the Dunkin Donuts in Amsterdam on Rt 30 . I ordered a frozen coffee and Berry burst for drinks. Well they were too busy chatting about the ones kid who decided to go school today so the kid could participate in some activity. First of all,kids should go to school every day and get a proper education. But whatever,not my kid. The woman handed me a ice coffee and I told her it was supposed to be a frozen coffee. She ended up making my coffee but it was like soup when she gave me it to me. Very disappointed. She didn't even say anything to me after handing me my drink. I think I am going to start driving yo Starbucks as it just down further from Dunkin Donuts. They need to focus more on what their suppose to be doing and listening instead of private chatter. They can talk when there is no paying customers around waiting for good customer service.

I pulled up to the drive thru at 5:40 am. No one responded. I waited a good amount of time. When I pulled away I drove past a group of their employees gathered behind the store. Other customers also left without service. This store in North East Md is consistently going downhill. This area needs an alternative.

i sat there for 15 minutes and didn’t even make it to the front of the line to make a order and there was 5 people in the line including me. They were barely working, they wernt trying to have any urgency even though the line was getting longer. I love dunkin’s food and drink but their service has to be stepped up, the workers were rude and made it very clear they didn’t want to work or be there.

The whole staff is rude and has attitudes. Theres always something wrong with my order and when I say something about it have an attitude to correct the issue even the manager.

Currently standing at the counter for 5 minutes. I'm the only one here. There are 3 workers who have all seen me, but completely ignored me. I gut they're busy, but a "welcome to dunkin, well be right with you" would have gone above long way. Do better.

It is very disrespectful that Dunkin' Donuts created a six dollar breakfast meal deal that only offers pork sausages, as everyone does not eat, pork and pork, has a lot of health risks , how can you not offer the turkey sauces with this meal deal, no consideration whatsoever!

Duncan Donuts has changed a lot through the years. The prices is too high especially the coffee. Coffee should not be this expensive especially when receive a 3/4 full cup. The donuts aren’t usually hard by the early afternoon. They barely put filling in it. It’s not just one Duncan Donut place , it’s everywhere and even out of state. Duncan even have taken out donuts like Lemon Donuts. They can never compare to Krispy Kreme. Thats why I no longer shop at Duncan . I go to Wawa for my coffee now because it’s way cheaper than Duncan and Krispy Kreme for for donuts. Duncan Donuts need to get it together. The reviews shows it.

I went into the store at 1566 E Main to buy a box of tea which I very much enjoy. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes. 3 staff members saw me standing there, but did not both to help me. Disgusting worthless customer service

Have purchased DD extra extra creamer for years. Cost was 2.67 now 4.89! No way would it increase in cost that much. It’s Total corporate GREED!! I’m leaving it and changed brands. Bye DD

Worse service I have ever had! Attempted to order a decaf iced coffee. He told me I could use the Nouria self serve or he could make it. I declined. I then ordered a turkay sausage and cheese breakfast wrap. He said they don’t have turkey sausage. Said regular sausage is fine. Shopped in the store and when I came back for the order he said we don’t have decaf iced coffee. Questioned that but said fine . Just give me the wrap. Said he didn’t make it. WTH! Will never go back there again😡. DD on tower lane in Goffstown is the best

I no longer patronize DD due the App. I've been a loyal customer for over 10 years, no longer. Can't convert my points since DD updated the app. My remedy is McDonalds for breakfast.

The girl in the Front desk 3/14 10am was so RUDE! She has the bad attitude, NOT ACCOMMODATING, MAKING CUSTOMER FEEL DISGUSTED.

Terrible service. You wait over 10 minutes and they become rude when you ask where your coffee is. Today I waited 11 minutes while they served the drive through. There were 4 girls working and not one was making coffee. I’d like to note that there was NOBODY in the store placing orders. Awful attitudes.

We went to the Juan Tabo location in Albuquerque. The gentleman behind the counter was rude. We talked to him and he didn’t answer us. When he gave us the receipt he actually threw it at us never will we go there again
