“I ordered through the kiosk the $6.00 meal and doughnut. L was only given the medium coffee and doughnut. BThe cashier insisted that I did not order the meal despite charging me for it.”

“Customer service was absolutely horrible. I asked about getting my missing points from when instore wasn't working properly they absolutely refused. I will never be going to a dunkin donuts again. This is absolutely a disgrace that u treat tour customers like this. I even sent then my reciept 3 times that they kept asking for til I pointed out I sent it to u several times already.”

“Why is Dunkin Donut following Subway? From ordering a straight forward simple way to get a sandwich, they've now gone and made it complicated. Which bread, which sauce etc... I just wanted my simple tuna sandwich in a croissant which I've had for years. What I got was a convoluted warm tuna and warm vegetable sandwich. Disgusting!”

“I had to wait at the takeout window for 5minets just for them to hand me my drink that was sitting right there,while the guy at the window went to the back of the store to do other stuff,,if they don’t have better service than that they might as well close up shop”

“New Dunkin’ Donuts opened in Wytheville and the food was burnt and had no taste I got a coffee and a bagel sandwich, and the hasbrowns had a weird taste to them like a burnt taste. I will not go back to that one,”

“This was the prevailing service Americans are now known for, absolute no-care apathy, basically pay me to show up but no chance of decent service. Boy has this country gone to pot-in-a-pail. Being out of coffee is like Petco being out of pet food. It is the perfect example of the American today.”

“I was in line and want to order munchkin butternut, I saw that there’s a lot on there stall but says I can’t avail that because someone first on me reserved and will came back for it. I thought here in dunkin first who come and pay got the item. Poor Management System how to handle situations, staff are not knowledgeable on standards”

“The donuts tasted like they were three days old. We had to throw them in the trash, because i bought them for work. I did not have time to take them back for a refund. This is not the first time we have had a problem with terribly stale donuts. But we thought we would give them another chance. Bad mistake. We will not be making any more purchases from Dunkin Donuts. We have a really big medical staff where I work. I hope you do address this problem. It is costing you a lot of money and business.”

“Very disappointed. I placed my order the night before for a 7:25 pick up at the 78 broad street n Lyndonville VT we had to wait 15 minutes and worst of all they said they didn’t have time to do box of Joe and said I have to fight for refund and charged me for it!!!”

“Dunkin's has been messing up my orders for a long time now but this just stupidity ! I asked for a Banana / Mango daydream refresher , when it was handed out the window it was PINK I knew right away it was wrong , looked at the label and it said it was a Strawberry / Dragonfruit , brought it back into Dunkins and they said it was made right !! I said its pink and tastes like strawberry ?? They proceeded to tell me it was made right ! Had to go to a different Dunkins to get what I actually wanted and yes it was yellow and tasted like Mango /Banana. SMH !?”

“Went through drive through for 12 Donuts, they were stale!. I was given No receipt, they wouldn't replace Donuts?. With fresh ones, i even called corporate, they hung up on us!. Three times..”

“The donuts are stale and we got the Boston cream and a jellyfilled donut there was only about half a teaspoon full of cream in the donut and a half a teaspoon full of jelly in the jelly donut. Krispy Kreme puts this place to shame”

“Just stopped at a Dunkin’ at edgerton wi 53534. The customer service was completely unacceptable. There were 4 young ladies “working”. The one that was taking my order spoke so she was barely audible. I asked her to please speak up, to no avail. Two other workers were on their cell phones. Very poor customer service. There should at least be an adult supervisor holding these people accountable.”
