“I bought 10 jelly munkins and 7 of them didn’t have jelly. Do better Dunkin’s”

“The Dunkin' Donuts on S. Lynnhaven in Virginia Beach seems to have no idea what they are doing - or they just don't train their employees well. I stopped in to purchase a dozen donuts two days ago, early evening. I asked for a half dozen jelly donuts, only to have the girl behind the counter tell me they didn't have those. So I then asked for 1/2 dozen apple fritters. Same response - they don't have those. Third attempt - 1/2 dozen creme filled, same response. So I asked if they had any filled and she responded they do not have donuts. I gave up. I went back the next morning and had no problem with the drive thru in getting the same donuts. But - when I handed the girl my (gold) American Express company card, she told me 'sorry but we do not take that card, sorry'. Ads everywhere say that Dunkin Donuts and AMEX are marketing partners. And, yet, they do not accept AMEX? This particular shop seems more focused on sandwiches and beverage sales.”

“Dunkin' had THE BEST iced Matcha Latte anywhere until today. I received a cup filled half way with foam and the crushed ice goes down your throat whenever you take a sip from the straw ... it's horrible!! WHY do these corporations change everything?? It was perfect the way it was. The kid at the window told me that is the new way they make them using a blender now instead of hand mixing them. NO THANKS! Hopefully next time I can request them NOT to use the blender or it will be my last visit to Dunkin'. My daughter wanted the Strawberry Watermelon refresher and of course they don't have that anymore. Starbucks ruined their iced Matcha Latte as well making it a sugar-free matcha that tastes horrible, even after adding classic syrup. Just can't get the taste to what it once was. I don't understand why everything has to change ... they should have 2 options 1 sugar-free and 1 not sugar-free. I guess making my own at home will be the best resolution.”

“Coffee is the best .BUT THE NEW CUP OPENING IS VERY BAD .. SO DIFFICULT TO DRINK HOT COFFEE FROM. I’m thinking to change DD coffee to a different coffee because of this awkward cup lid”

“Dunkin Donuts recently opened on Horizon Ridge so I went through the drive through and ordered donuts for my granddaughter. When I tried to pay I was told they don’t accept cash so I was forced to use a credit card card. I won’t be returning.”

“I grew up going to Dunkin in Rhode Island. I live in Kentucky now and found one close to home. I've gone twice, and both times there was either no filling in the donut or the wrong filling. I look forward to having a donut once in a while, but this disappointed me.”

“The Dunkin Donuts on S Semoran Blvd near Curryford Rd is ok except that the employees do not always follow instructions like toast bread. If you order for a pickup and order a coolata or frozen drink, they make it too early and it becomes a liquid drink. There needs to be a better system in place.”

“There is a store at Park ave/reservoir Ave in Cranston RI. Their donuts has such small filling amount. I bought a box another day, I thought it was a mistake. I couldn’t feel the taste of the “jelly” till my last bite. DD reduced the donuts sizes, then now, reduced the filling??? Unbelievable!”

“The location at 13600 New Falls of Neuse rd. Has gotten so impersonal. No one is at the counter when you enter. No one greets you. Then after you wait for someone to assist you they are just so uncaring and act like you are not there. There is a touch screen on the counter to place an order but you don’t know if they have what you’re wanting. There IS a TIP JAR there though. Sad that human interaction has gone bye bye these days. We witnessed a customer enter, wait for minutes to be acknowledged and got tired of waiting and said Forget it out the door she went.”
