“I received a Cinnamon Raisin Bagel today and Could Not even bite into it. It was Stale and extra, extra Hard will never order from Dogwood Location again. Actually something is always wrong when ordering from this establishment.”

“I admit I am a Dunkin "holic. There is nothing better on earth that a well crafted, properly made hot caramel macchiato. But, here in NE Ohio, I am running out of locations to visit as it is such a hit or miss. I literally will spend over $20 a DAY -- EVERY DAY just trying to get a decent espresso drink and i will be LUCKY if 1/4 meets my standards. I can tell, without even taking a sip, if it is going to taste like sweet hot milk or not. If you get a drink that is "heavy" (filled allll they way to the top) there is 1/3-1/4 too much milk/cream in the drink, therefore watering down the espresso leaving it, well, nasty.) This is not rocket science. When the are good, they are amazing. But, unfortunately, for whatever reason, no one seems to know how to make an espresso drink these days. Such a shame. I would assume it is the high turnover rate, and improper training from the management. If they would just taste what they are handing over to their customers, they would see what the problem is with their preparation. It is beyond frustrating as it seems to be at every location I visit.”

“What is going on with Dunkin Donuts ???? The store that I go to in Emerson NJ does not get a lot of items in that they ordered to eat. They did show me the order but very little was delivered to the store. Very disappointing !!!”

“I don't mind their coffee. I like it more compared to many other places, but I'll tell you what the rewards now you have to spend $60 to get one free coffee it's insane, I don't know if it's greed or just blatant lack of caring but the rewards system is flawed and absolutely ridiculous. Also, I spent money at Dunkin yesterday and the employee check me out before scanning the app so I couldn't retrieve those points. I don't know why they don't change it like DICK'S Sporting Goods where you can enter your receipt number or something and get those rewards points”

“Well now they’ve done it! Dunkin Donuts no longer sell the vanilla cream with powdered sugar donuts and replaced it with a crème delight donut! Sorry that just doesn’t cut it, no comparison to vanilla cream. Bring it back please, I’ve ordered vanilla cream for many years. It’s mine and my daughters very favorite, please bring it back!!!”

“Stop putting stickers on the lids of your drinks. The adhesive doesn't come off cleanly and is a serious pain to take off! It isn't even necessary to cover your drinks this way!”

“Most of the stores seem understaffed, but when I found out that Dunkin nixed the pumpkin muffins, I was mortified! What in the world is corporate thinking???? This is as crazy as when they discontinued the German chocolate donut ( a masterpiece) ! Well, I'm dun with Dunkin!!”

“The person told me to use my points at the next window I went and the lady told me I had to go around again. But the line was huge and the fact that when I did they didn't ask which ones I want and gave me chocolate. Also I use my points for 6 munchkins but they didn't get me it. At least the foods good.”

“Food and coffee good, just have an issue with a big mouth supervisor. She yells at employees and doesn't have concerns about customers sitting in the restaurant. Otherwise all employees are wonderful!!”

“Some employees are friendly but most of them are rushed and rude. They make mistakes and then treat you like it’s your fault The avocado toast is not toasted it’s an expensive soggy piece of bread . and Dunkin’ Donuts do you realize the traffic jams your drive-thrus are creating because of how you put your parking lots together? From Pittsburgh to Monroeville to Greensburg to Latrobe you’re causing a major mess on main roads.”

“I’m sry to say your creamer is not that creamy. The flavor I bought was Extra Extra coffee creamer. Not a real flavor listed, also I have a cream Frother & it doesn’t froth up ! Very disappointing, I believe I bought your creamer because it was on sale, but the experience wasn’t that memorable. I’d like to say I won’t buy your creamer again, but if it goes on sale again I just might, or maybe not if the memory comes back. Just want you to know I was very disappointed. I expected more from a big brand name! By the way I can’t load a picture or take a picture to show you guys my coffee experience !”

“The new cup lead is very bad and dangerous. I’ve been going to DD for 25 y and I’m about to switch to Starbucks because of that dangerous lead I would give you 5 stars for the coffee but 2 stars is enough for that poor quality cup lead”

“I ordered the $6 dealing. In yhe parking lot and was trying to eat it, however the sandwich and hash brown was extremely dry. I called the store and they offered to remake. I went in and brought back what was left. One of the young lady took the bag and started to laugh. As if this is all that is left. I don't need to get extra food from dunkin. I could have come here and complain, I trying to just fix it at the store level. Her reaction was very deaming. I did not appreciate it.”

“I have been a loyal customer since I was a child. I fondly remember the days when my father would buy a dozen doughnuts for $2.99! As I grew older and had my own children, we continued our cake doughnuts and eclairs at Dunkin. I’ll have to say that the last maybe 5 years it’s not been the same. Especially birthday rewards. Wow- you really think that having the birthday celebrant go to your shop 2-3 or 4 times in 2 days ( before and during birthday) before they earn double or triple points, is a great idea? What a joke! Other coffee shops reward me with a free coffee the day of my birthday. No purchase necessary. Bring back the great rewards you used to be able to earn!”

“I have tried the middletown maryland and the one in Frederick maryland on buckeystown pike. I go in an order SWEET tea. I have yet to get an actual sweet tea instead of watered down plain tea. It would be nice if I got what I asked and paid for. I could go to McDonald's for better.”

“The breakfast sandwich was literally smooshed and the loaded hashbrowns tasted like garbage. The cheese was like something you had 45 years ago that was made cheaply. Everything is way overpriced and not worth it.”
