The investor or Dunkin Brands Corporate need to repaint the parking lot. Of major concern to me, and others requiring disabled parking, is the Handicap Access zone not being visible. That ZONE provides a buffer so that we can get our equipment out safely, without hitting or damaging someone else’s vehicle. I contacted Dunkin months ago and so far all I have gotten is an automated response that they will contact me. (The parking lot was faded in 2022 and the attached picture is from October 2024. As of late April 2025 the lot has not been repainted.) If you are disabled, suggest you park carefully and at your own risk! I have been in the situation where you park and get out o.k. But when you come back, an improperly parked driver, threatens you as you try to maneuver back into your car. (As in the picture.) My concern is not with those taking my order, providing my product, etc. While the customer service at the Dunkin 1537 Hudson Bridge rd. In Stockbridge, GA is not always perfect, the people work hard and the service industry is tough. This is a top management/ lack of leadership issue!

I go in and the employees are speaking Indian to each other, no greeting or hello and they messed up charging me for a bag of ground coffee, they needed to void a wrong amount.

This is our normal Dunkin and usually the service is fine enough but the guy at the drive thru today was especially rude for no reason. I realized they were out of what I was going to get and I asked him to give me a second to see what I would want instead when he snapped at me and told me to communicate better and continued to be short at the window. I try my best to be understanding because food service is hard but this was so unnecessary. He should not be working the window with that attitude.

wouldn’t make my drink for over 10 minutes. only made mobile orders and the drive thru. left with no drink and they still took my money.

I went to dunkin near the cvs plaza near the hudson rotary and i had a terrible experience. i wish i could say this was my first time having an unpleasant time at this particular dunkin. the manager is so awfully rude. makes some comments that i really don’t appreciate. i got to dunkin’s to start of my morning better you know? why not have a coffee and a bagel to start my day off right. but as soon as i encounter the manager which she takes over the drive thru window, her attitude just makes me regret my decision of choosing dunkin.

i literally asked for light ice, in the beginning of the order and the end. "just to make sure, i wanted "LIGHT ICED MATCHA LATTE" emphasized the light. and they still put a bunch of ice that filled the whole up.

Stopped at local Dunkin’ and ordered a sausage egg and cheese on sour dough. I got the sausage and cheese, no egg. Your sandwiches are not the best to begin with, then you can’t even make it correctly. Doubt I will ever stop again.

East Ridge Tn Dunkin’ Donuts. I really would’ve demanded a refund but I had somewhere I had to be. But I went through the drive through and ordered only 2 orders of the maple snackin bacon packs.. they guy at the drive through as soon as he ran my Visa card,, and grabbed th bag of food he sneezed right in the bag then handed it to me.. needless to say, I no longer felt I could eat the bacon packs because he sneezed right into the bag then handed it to me.. if I wasn’t in a hurry, hinge the reason I went through the drive through, I would’ve spoken to the mgr to dand a refund.

So the new little sip on top of cap. Really stinks. Why did you change it. Not user friendly!!!!!! I just spilled some of my coffee while trying to drink some! Not a happy camper. Please bring back the good lad cover!!!!!!!

The hashbrowns were over cooked and the price for 5 small pieces is a rip off. The eggehire bite was totally disgusting. Could not tell if it was fake egg or what. The taste was horrible.

I went to the dunkin in medina my and a woman with brown short hair took care of me. I was in the drive through and I said “I would like a medium matcha. iced” and then she repeated it back and said “iced matcha” and i said “with cold foam”. she pauses and says “what type of coffee?” i paysed and said “i said cold foam” and she says and very shortly says “k”. i didn’t mind because she misheard me but i ordered a grilled cheese and avocado toast and all she said was ok. i then waited for her to ask if there is anything else as any other customer service place does. as i do at my job. she didn’t so i said it was good. i get to the window and she opens it and stares at me till i give my payment and says nothing which was very rude. i give it to her and she hands it to me and says nothing. she then hands me a coffee with cold foam and i said “i’m sorry i ordered a matcha” and she gives me a dirty look and sighs and dumps it out and walks to reuse the same cup. my matcha is chunky. she then refused to give me the food and someone else had to do it. i am very displeased. i do not want anything, i just wish that new employees were taught how to hear and how to make drinks when they work at a coffee place. and maybe don’t hire someone who’s antisocial and has no respect or manners?

It seems that prices have gone up tremendous and the beverages are terrible. It is rare that anything I order tastes good or was prepared correctly. I’m a good customer and spend a lot of money at Dunkin. I also feel the coffee has gotten weak.

The other day, there was an option to order the Halloween bucket through mobile ordering. It wasn't there today, so I assumed they were out (this was the case at all 8 dunkins near me). I ordered the munchkins, went to go pick up my order and saw the buckets. I asked the lady what happened to the option on mobile ordering g and she said she didn't know. I asked for my munchkins to be in a bucket, and she said since I already placed my order, I had to pay an extra 5 bucks for the bucket! I said really? She said yes, the option has to be picked, and I said it wasn't there. What a way to connect people out of an extra 5 bucks! Just wait to get there to order! Oh, and when you pick assorted and they have 6 options, they only give you 3 flavors. 🤔🙄😆

I have a DD stainless steel cup purchased in house. The lid broke and customer support hasn't replied to my email and when I called I got a robot response saying they could not take my call at that time. It's 11:20 CST. WTH? The app is no help and there doesn't seem to be a website dedicated to the swag they sell. Not cool Dunkin.

The turkey and cheese product of dunkin is a scam... they will charge extra for cheese as this ia not included in the sandwich...
