“I’m sitting in store 352 159. As often I have the app and I order food from Dunkin’ Donuts. My only complaint the service was excellent today. I was helped by a young lady named Desiree. My biggest complaint is that you don’t how special is that include Turkey sausage I’ve complained for a while. Desiree went and got a manager named Tiffany. She was very understanding and gave me a discount of the rest of my food. Please consider doing something special for people who Kosher or do not eat pork. Which pork is very unhealthy for you other than that customer service is always good here and I appreciate it.”

“Need to cover the doughnuts with something flies were in the showcase and there was some doughnuts on top of the showcase and flies kept landing on them”

“Everything is great, staff is friendly , but the owners have a hard time fixing the AC . The Jensen Beach store operates without a proper AC for over a year , remember we are in Florida. It was brought up numerous times to the owner and regional director’s attention and we keep hearing “a few more months”. Staff operates in an uncomfortable environment as well.”

“I could not hate the new lids for large cappuccinos more. When I drink cappuccino I want to taste IT not plastic. In addition, a few drops of cappuccino always accumulate on the outside of the lid so now all my clothing have coffee stains on them.”

“The workers there are very friendly and I didn’t have to wait more than 5 minutes to receive my order. They have such a wide variety of food that hits my taste buds whenever eaten. They also offer better and more food rewards to customers. Area is bright and mostly clean but although I would recommend checking out on their restrooms.”

“My experience varies store to store but overall mixing the good with bad I would give 4 stars. The take home bagged coffee is what I prefer. The sad parts about DD is that they no longer make donuts at the store and the product quality is poor compared to back in the 80’s. I also have a hard time getting anyone to listen to me when I tell them ‘just cream’ (no sugar). Andthis is something I get at almost every location-except the Homewood Illinois location- the woman I’ve seen there the most totally gets it! She’s great!”
