Dunkin' had THE BEST iced Matcha Latte anywhere until today. I received a cup filled half way with foam and the crushed ice goes down your throat whenever you take a sip from the straw ... it's horrible!! WHY do these corporations change everything?? It was perfect the way it was. The kid at the window told me that is the new way they make them using a blender now instead of hand mixing them. NO THANKS! Hopefully next time I can request them NOT to use the blender or it will be my last visit to Dunkin'. My daughter wanted the Strawberry Watermelon refresher and of course they don't have that anymore. Starbucks ruined their iced Matcha Latte as well making it a sugar-free matcha that tastes horrible, even after adding classic syrup. Just can't get the taste to what it once was. I don't understand why everything has to change ... they should have 2 options 1 sugar-free and 1 not sugar-free. I guess making my own at home will be the best resolution.
