“What has happened to the coffee at DD. The taste is terrible. Has there been a change in where the coffee comes from or how it is produced? My last three times I’ve been there it was undrinkable.”

“I was at the drive thru in Cadiz ohio waiting to order , the person working the drive thru was talking to the person ahead of me , the were cussing , and dropping f bombs and yelling at each other very un professional , I won't be going to this Dunkin ever again . If I could have given a 0 star review I would have , I know this story just opened but mabye talk to your employees on how to act around your paying customers . I just stick to going to the stubenville Ohio Dunkin where they act professional .”

“They advertise deals on the Windows such as refresh your day for $3 and then when you go to order and pay it's more money. There's no sign that says only on the app. They should tell you this and not put it on the front window or where you order”

“Is there a problem with chocolate? I asked for a cake chocolate covered doughnut. There was barely, top was not fully covered, any chocolate on the doughnuts. This was the store at Veterans Blvd in metairie.”

“I travel all over New England and use Dunkin’ Donuts every morning for an iced coffee and a blueberry muffin Medfield mass Dunkin’ Donuts is my home store. I must say their muffins are absolutely terrible. They never make them right. I would think they would just be like every other Dunkin’ Donuts, however, they are not. It’s a matter of fact they are so bad. I have stopped going there.”

“It does not matter the time of day, Dunkin donuts are always stale. It has not always been like this, but I guess this is the new Dunkin. I was so excited to finally get one in my town, but after just three visits I have sworn off all Dunkin's everywhere. The last donuts were so hard I just tossed the bag and receit on the counter, turned around and walked out with a loud 'I will never be back.' There is no evidence that corporate even cares, so disappointed.”

“I go to the Dunkin in Altoona, IA. I have been ordering the Matcha drink. It's suppose to be blended. NO ICECUBES VISIBLE, LIKE A SMOOTHY. I HAVE RETURNED IT TWICE, BECAUSE OF ICE CHUNKS. THEY DONT GET IT. How many times, do I have to explain. Am I the only one that orders these. If anyone reads these, please talk to someone!”

“The Dunkin Donuts in Roanoke Rapids is the WORST!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE WAIT TIME ON AVERAGE 15-20 minutes!! You have to announce at Drive thru that you want to order!! Very Disappointed!!”

“Dunkin Donuts used to be my favorite place. Since they changed and no longer make things in house, the quality SUCKS! I will never be back. Walmart has better quality on their stale donuts and I don't buy them either. To be frank about it, the dump has better quality. I will NEVER be back!”

“I absolutely will NEVER go to another Duncan Donuts again. the girl that waited on me was terrific. however, the last several times I've gotten a dozen donuts at the shop on Valley, I've had to throw out most of them each time. they are hard as rocks. I've bought them different times of the day so no matter if you buy in the mornings or afternoons, they aren't worth bringing home. I pay too much for their donuts to have to throw them out. this place could go out of business and no one would miss them.”

“What happened to the filling in the doughnuts? It's almost non-existent. Eat almost 3/4 of it before you get a drop. Ice coffee is now a glass of ice with very little coffee. Your company has really gone down hill. Your really not worth the trip anymore.”

“I am hearing impaired but I had my Ava app so I could communicate. I asked for a Blue berry bagel breakfast sandwich, they said do not have Blueberry, ok a plain will do. Also ordered a wake up wrap. And a matcha, low ice, almond milk. at first she said they did not have it but then she said they do. They charge me and I walked over to pickup area. Got the Matcha with more ice than the matcha, I asked them to remove some of the ice, but got it back (looked the same). Got the wake up wrap. But not the bagel? I asked why did I not get the breakfast sandwich with a regular bagel? she moved away, I ask again and she says oh, I will make it right now? I have been waiting for it. It does not normally take this long. people have come and gone and i was still waiting. Very disappointed #9370 off of RT 495.”

“Went to the Brandon VT location, waited 22 minutes for ONE sandwich. I told them I wanted a hot sandwich or a refund to which the girl responded by flipping me off!!!! Needless to say, I went off!! That place has no business being open and she should not be in customer service!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!”

“I ordered from DD on Broad St. Elyria, OH. I have been here many times. I ordered the $ 6 special. While the ice coffee was great, the food was barely warm. A practically cold bagel with a cold egg 🥚 just doesn't cut it.”
