“The staff at this Dunkin’ Donuts were so unfriendly and miserable. The one girl waiting on us should be working behind a desk not dealing with customers. We waited 15 min before she even looked at us and we were the only customers in the store. Very unpleasant experience and I will not go back there.”

“The dunkin on Glen Bernie in Newbern, North Carolina is the worst for always running out of dunkalatte milk, they say that this is a popular drink. Then why wouldn't you up your ordering? If you know that you're running out of product before your next truck, poor management I have complained several times about going through the drive thru and getting trapped in the line only for them to tell us they're out of product. This has happened on many occasions. They need to put a sign out at the road, so customers aren't trapped in their drive thru when can't supply the customers need. So therefore I go to the one on Neuse boulevard which is the best! I have never gone there and been told they were out of productI i've heard many people in my area.Complain about this particular store.”

“I went today, Monday, April 28th. My cell phone app would not work. They had me drive up to drive through window. They were unable to get it to work. They informed me I needed to pay cash inorder to place order. I went home and my app worked. I tried calling Dunkin donut Customer Service 4 different times. Placed on hold several minutes then they hung up me. If use the website email, it does not work either. This was Order ahead a time on Mondays for promotion of 100 points. Since my app didn't work I was not able to order. So I was not able to get a receipt or an way of showing I came to the window. I would a refund of some sort or discount!!”

“25 West 43rd Street Dunkin is the worst Dunkin in the world. They have no sense on how to speak with customers. I just asked if you can check how much is left, they said don't see. Last 2 times back the lady there was able to tell me how much is left. Same I explained the guy Ahmed said I am a liar. Why would anyone lie if you are just asking them to check there system. Never experienced such bad service. Have stopped going there where I was a daily customers. Would never recommend this Dunkin to anyone.”

“The drive through is ridiculous in Roanoke rapids nc You can be the only one in line and it still takes over 10 minutes to get your coffee. They aren’t busy idk what the issue is.”

“Ordered two large refreshers, one light ice and one no ice. They did not fill the no ice one all the way and say that’s how it is, but I was there the other day and got one no ice and it was full.”

“Just now at 8:08, I ordered my usual 7 mocha 3 creamer and 3 sweet and low. Usually this drink is a dark brown color from the correct amount of mocha, they handled me a coffee that wasn't dark so I asked if they could add more and they hand me back one that's completely white and taste like just creamer, no flavor at all. From semi dark to just super light, messing up my order.”

“What has happened to Dunkin Donuts? The donuts are terrible. They are day old and almost hard. They used to be fluffy and the icing was gooey. Even their breakfast sandwiches have gone downhill. Everything tastes reheated and the bagels are barely toasted. I’ve always liked Dunkin Donuts but we will no longer patronize them because we throw half of our food away every time we visit one these days. And this isn’t just the local Dunkin’s either. We travel a lot and it’s the same at the out of state Dunkins too.”

“I’m a trans woman and Went to the Dover NH location and the service was very lackluster. The person waited happily on the guy in front of me and then looked at me and walked away to fill online orders so I put my tip money away and he saw that and came right over . Then didn’t put any green tea in my refresher then i asked another employee if they put any in the drink and got an attitude. Will never go back .”

“I visited the Dunkin Donuts in Chicago on Garfield Blvd and State Street on my way to a business meeting. Customer service did not exist in a positive way. I ordered a large hazelnut coffee, but was not able to use my points, I ordered a multigrain bagel and when I got to my destination to eat it, it was rock hard, I did not have it toasted only sliced. I was not able to use my points on either because I was not sure of how it worked, and no one would show me how, bad customer service. There were no coffee stirrers, and how can you be a coffee shop, and run out of stirrers, it was only 9 a.m. I recently made the decision to switch to Dunkin instead of Starbucks but I have had bad experiences, but this was the worst, and I decided to write about it.I was really disappointed that I was not able to eat my bagel, or use my points . I don’t really want to go back to Starbucks, but I really enjoy good customer service, and a fresh bagel in the morning.”
