Went to Dunkin Donuts in Carteret, NJ on 7/24/25 & placed a mobile order. They didn't have the iced strawberry lemon loaf & wanted to substitute it with a donut. Told them no just refund me for the loaf. Was told they could not give refunds on a mobile order I would have to call customer service. Customer service will give you a refund but in order to get it in 5 minutes you have to put it on a Dunkin Donuts gift card. Went back 7/25/25 just for an Iced Vanilla Chai with almond milk. What received was a cup of almond milk with a touch of Vanilla Chai. So disappointing. Back to Starbucks I go!!!
