If i could give them 0 stars i would. They use to be my favorite when they made fresh. But their coffee is real good.

Dunkin in Ankeny Iowa is terrific - super nice, very efficient. All of the staff are very good at what they do. Manager, Ni Ha, is super good.

We went to Dunkin Store 302055 there in Temple Terrace, Fl 33617 and their staff were unfriendly and rude. This store don’t even treat customers properly. We have a scenario that one of the donuts seems very oily which is not good to be served so I asked them if they can replaced it to another one but they refused to do and they were unfriendly and seems to me that they were not trained well specially their cashier Kimberly.

Anyone buying bagels. They are always hard, cant even chew them. They have a taste of cardboard. I dont need brokem teeth. Quality has dropped so much in the past couple of years. Their bagels and donuts used to be so fresh and tasted amaxing Donuts are usually hard and both are after shrinking. Coffees are also shrinking. U buy a extra large coffee. U would be lucky if its a medium what they are doing to the cups, look at the bottom hot chocolate. They cant even fill the cups. There you are lucky to get a small. Bad practices. Corporate making a bigger buck and hurt the consumers.

Workers don’t even know what they’re doing.i asked for a strawberry refresher with LEMONADE and I got a strawberry daydream refresher with milk. What happened to the customer is always right ?

Bismillah assalamualaikum, very bad and very rude service from Farhad at Dunkin' Donut Medina airport, I was standing for quite sometimes and I am the only one customer, when I wanted to place my order, he just show his hand and continue using his hp..when confronted him he argued with me and ask for my name...what right do he have to ask for my name? As I am the only customer and he said he'alone which is not my problem...he comes out from counter towards me aggressively as he's not happy when I said I want to complain..Please do something about this as it really spoilt the image of Madinah Airport and Dunkin' Donut. Incident occur at 7am ( 19 January 26) This is the guy in the photo

The counter clerks were indifferent and seemed to be agitated to be pulled away from their phones. There messed up my order in several ways (all I ordered was a tea and two donuts). The donuts were $3.50 each! Dunkin Corp told me that they have no control over prices charged! Really? Well here's what I am in charge of. I will never patronize a Dunkin again. They can keep there lousy staff and golden donuts covered in 5 carat diamonds. Our local market sells better donuts for $0.89 each. Good bye forever.

Let me start off saying I absolutely love Dunkin Donuts… I sent at least 100 dollars a week there. I like to get my children breakfast before school there while I get my coffee however. I had a very bad experience this morning with a young man that was working the drive through… I ordered food, drinks and a donut. The young man handed over my order with speaking which was rude but whatever. I checked my bag to see if I had everything I was missing my son donut. I said excuse me Sir. I don’t have my son donut. And he said I gave it to you. I said Sir I don’t have to lie about a donut, keep in mind it’s a line behind me. He tells me I know I gave you the donut when you 1st pulled up. I was in shock that an employee would argue with a faithful customer over a donut. I said Sir I don’t have my donut that I paid for. The young lady came behind him and gave him the donut that he thought he had given me. He just took the donut from her and handed me my son donut. I just drove off thinking to myself how could he be working with customers with that attitude. He didn’t even apologize. I’m disappointed at this location hopefully management take the time out to retrain the staff on customer service skills.

Love Dunkin coffee but yet another price increase for a coffee? I am seriously converting to WaWa. I had 470+ Dunkin visits last year and I would be willing to bet that 450+ of those visits my coffee was not stirred. Where is the customer service at? Don't these people realize that I ordered a coffee while sitting in my vehicle, I have full intentions to drink that said coffee while I am driving but no, I need to wait till I get to a stop sign or red light so I can stir it before I can drink it. Dunkin should require coffee to be stirred by all their franchises and perhaps have a retraining session for the current employees, and also refreshen them how to count. When I order an XL coffee with 4 cream and 6 sugar, I really ment 4 cream and 6 sugar. Sometimes my coffee is white while other times it is tinted with a touch of cream and half the time it is no way they put 6 sugar in that cup! Dunkin coffee is my go to but if the cost continues to go up and the service doesn't improve I will convert back to wawa and go make my own coffee. Side note: I frequent 4 or 5 different Dunkins through the coarse of the week so it is not just 1 specific location.

Bad customer service. They shut down the bathroom. We purchased 2 drinks and 2 donuts and they won’t even allow us to use the restroom. I had to find another restaurant near by to use the restroom. They are rude Hispanic guy working there. The matcha green tea was horrible not even sweet. Their donuts were dry. Not worth it. This is the Donkin Donut in La Sierra, Riverside Ca.

First and foremost the coffee is expensive and at times I asked for cream and sugar and when I go to work , my coffee has a hint of cream and coffee is too dark. The donuts are usually hard and not good like it used to be. The donuts lack fillings. The hash browns are awful. Prices needs to better and quality of food as well. I have sent pictures to Duncan Donuts Complaint and things are still the same.

Dunkin’ Donuts has made me happy most mornings for quite a few years. They know me by name at the one by my house and I always receive great coffee and wonderful service. Last week I was at line in the drive through and when I got to the window my order had been paid for by the lady in front of me. My coffee came to $7.40 thanks for making my morning

I arrived at 8:30 pm to get donuts and the shelves was empty I asked a worker and she advised they were out of donuts however they aren’t supposed to close until 9 pm. Very disappointed

$8 for doughnuts and a cappuccino, none of which I wanted to eat. The glazed doughnuts were heavy and perhaps undercooked. The cappuccino had almost no foam and poor flavor. I threw out the cappuccino and the second doughnut.

I was charged twice for the same purchase from store #352520. I went in person, showed her my charge statement showing both charges. I also showed her an email. She said she would have to look at the cameras (Not sure what that meant) She said she was too busy and would call me back the next day. That's not good service, there was no one waiting in the store, She was not helpful and to me she thought I was trying to rip her off. This was for 25 Jelly donuts that were purchase on Dec. 21 for $10.99 and billed to my Visa on Dec 22nd. I tried to call customer service and held on for 30 minutes until the call was disconnected.
