Attempted to replace my rewards card via on line as instructed on back of new card. Not enough space for all the info and time that transpired as experienced during 2 phone calls and several attempts on line to register the replacement card. To sum it up, it's obvious the 'right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing'. If there was a Krispy Kreme nearby that's where I would be going. Dunkin's customer relations is the pits and I plan to take my business elsewhere.
