Past 6 months the bagels are like chewing leather. I have been a daily customer for over 50 years. The product that made them what they are today is not sold today. Services are horrible and customer relations at corporate is none caring... they have lost my business and many others will follow. At this rate I'm sure they will fail along with K-mart a successful business of the past!
