I went today, Monday, April 28th. My cell phone app would not work. They had me drive up to drive through window. They were unable to get it to work. They informed me I needed to pay cash inorder to place order. I went home and my app worked. I tried calling Dunkin donut Customer Service 4 different times. Placed on hold several minutes then they hung up me. If use the website email, it does not work either.
This was Order ahead a time on Mondays for promotion of 100 points. Since my app didn't work I was not able to order. So I was not able to get a receipt or an way of showing I came to the window.
I would a refund of some sort or discount!!
