I was just at the Dunkin Donuts located on East Mill Road in Long Valley and am very disappointed and dissatisfied with their customer service. The sign for the K-cups read, $8.99. I went to the register to pay and was charged $9.99. I kindly told the employee (a young man) that the sign said the package of K-cups was $8.99. He then said, “Oh, we have to update our signs.” I then replied, “Well, can you honor that price that is currently posted?” He ignored me, took my cash and proceeded with the transaction charging me $9.99. He was rude and the price should have been honored considering $8.99 is the price it was advertised as. I will no longer be visiting this location and will be sharing my experience this with others so as to prevent it from happening to others.
