Horrible experience on Columbus Ave in Lancaster PA. For the whole week they were out of plain glazed donuts. No matter what time of the day you come, they do not have them. OK, ordered on the app, paid. My order was confirmed and listed as ready. When came to pick it up guess what -“we do not have glazed donuts”. No apology, no refund, nothing. I ordered as a guest on the app, so fat chance to get my money back in the foreseeable future if ever. I wonder how they stay in business with such a bad management, horrible customer service, overpriced food and overrated drinks.
