i ordered a bunk bed set online i got a email telling me my bed was on its way and would be at my house by 3dec i waited in and lost a days wages and it turns out that the bed was not on its way to me it was in the suppliers warehouse, but while i sat at home waiting for delivery i got a email from a courier firm saying i had to arrange a courier and the earliest delivery was a week
later when i asked about cancelling and getting my money back i was told i would have to wait a week, so no bed and no money
trying to talk to anyone is a complete nightmare
