Today tried to get refund for curtains and bedding but because 28days where up and no recite they refused I do a hell of a lot of shopping at dunelm in cannock but guess what won't be anymore

Bought Edison blackout curtains, because many curtain shops have closed buying online is a night mare for buying you need to look at the material, I went back to dunelm hoping to take a look at white curtains, but they have a lack of white curtains on show, so after weeks of looking i took the plunge and ordered the above, they have black marks on two of the curtains, I think online curtains shops need to re think and hand out samples for ready made curtains, because if you are not liking the curtains u have to wait for refund, so I will be keeping these curtains, that are not of good quality until I can find a better quality

Bought their blackout curtains. The fabric is nice but they look awful when hung as there is no eyelet at the ends of the curtain so they just look really odd. Would definitely not buy again.

I bought a net curtain yesterday st Chelmsford shop and found very little choice available as most in short supply. Having finally found one long enough said I Wanted 46’ drop but not available and advised to get 45’ as nearest. On hanging found it too short so phoned re exchanging and told no as nets are a cut length, despite advice given by staff member … Very disappointed in customer service!

Given 1 star because I can't give 0!! Found a light fitting I really liked in our local store but out of stock. Was assured by the staff that it would be back in stock after Christmas so asked for gift voucher for Christmas to buy the item. The light fitting is now only available on line and gift vouchers cannot be used on line!! Have contacted Dunelm and they just say these can only be used line and won't help with the matter. Needless to say a light fitting is now going to be purchased from Next and will not be using Dunelm again. Really disappointed considering it was the staff who assured they were expecting more stock,

i ordered a bunk bed set online i got a email telling me my bed was on its way and would be at my house by 3dec i waited in and lost a days wages and it turns out that the bed was not on its way to me it was in the suppliers warehouse, but while i sat at home waiting for delivery i got a email from a courier firm saying i had to arrange a courier and the earliest delivery was a week later when i asked about cancelling and getting my money back i was told i would have to wait a week, so no bed and no money trying to talk to anyone is a complete nightmare

Absolutely rubbish sewing machine.Wad £44.99,was given to me as a gift.Never had such a load of rubbish,not worth the putting in packaging .Product..Sew Easy.Dont even consider.

Dunelm’s Cooler Than Memory Foam Topper Is nothing like Memory Foam! I wouldn’t recommend this product if you were wanting some extra cushion on your bed!

Really disappointed with the delivery service. 1 item first date was 31.3.21, this then changed to on or before 5th April to be delivered with a second item I presume? Date then changed to 9th April that has now changed to 48hrs from 9th April. Just waiting to see if the items turn up by the 11th??? Didn't expect delivery to take so long. Won't use again. If it's not in store or available for click & collect I'll look elsewhere 😔

Placed an order a week ago, given a delivery date by which the order should arrive, waiting in for 2 days and now been advised that DHL have not got it on their system. Never again

do not buy blackout curtains if the window gets a lot of sunlight as the backing degrades quickly and then it lets patchy light to show through the curtains. i bought 5 sets at 130 pounds each and 3 sets are already letting the light through. No warnings of this and the warranty is 1 yr, this page will not let me show photos

Was told 2 items out of 4 were not available. The 4 items then arrived. Two items damaged....insufficient packing? ? Photos of worst..... I hope dunelm offer a solution to this...... I have tried to use the option to add photos to this review but surprise surprise it won't let me

Slow delivery of order over a period of a couple of weeks. Most items were fine but some had to be returned for a refund. The returns process was good in as much as a courier collected the items promptly. Since collection, I've had no communication regarding my refund. I've contacted customer services whom were less than helpful. I won't know when I'll get a refund until it is made apparently. This can take 3 weeks! Funnily enough the taking of funds from my account when I ordered was very quick indeed! So, quick to take money, slow to deliver and painfully slow to refund. Not a great experience.

Not happy at all. I ordered two bar stools only one of which arrived and there is no phone number to contact them on. The one I do have is marked and dented amd one of the fixing brackets was too prominent . I am trying to home school my children with nothing to sit on. This is a nightmare would not recommend at all

Appalling company! Shocking customer service and they refuse to make contact with me! Still waiting for a faulty sofa to be collected, still waiting for my refund and still waiting for my refund so I can go and buy a new one, from somewhere else! Very quick to take your money, but everything else is just disgraceful!! I would never recommend this company to anybody! I work in Customer Service and if I treated my customers this way, we would soon be out of business. They havent got a clue!! Not had a sofa to sit on for almost 3 weeks now. A complete and utter shambles!

Exactly the same as previous complaint. I ordered four wardrobes end of December 2020 for delivery end of January and paid in full and received confirmation of both order and delivery date. I heard nothing until 29th January when I was first told goods were on the way, then that they were no longer using that supplier and they would refund me. I rand the telephone number of the depot to see what the confusion was and despite it still being in publisied opening hours it kept being put down before l could speak. I didn't receive the wardrobes nor to date my refund. I complained and got a generic email saying they would answer me within 72 hours, they didn't. I received another generic email saying hopefully my complaint had righted itself. When l said it hadn't l received another generic response putting me back to the start of the system with yet another generic email saying 72 hours wait. Why a cept the order and more importantly my money when they knew they couldn't meet the order? Why keep my money? Please beware before using this disgraceful store.

Absolutely shocking service! I have used Dunelm for years and never really had an issue before, but will not be using again after this. I placed a very large order at the beginning of January (almost 1k!) as we are redoing our bedrooms during lockdown. I was then advised several items would be delayed by 1-2 weeks & delivered on different dates - which I understand due to Covid etc so no problem so far although slightly inconvenient...... First delivery didn’t arrive, hermes said they were waiting for the item from Dunelm. I contacted Dunelm via the online form, and received an automated reply that I would hear back in 72 hours. 3 days later, I receive another AUTOMATED reply, asking me to use the form again if I still had an issue or use live chat! (Why not just reply the first time, delay tactics?) I then used live chat to explain the issue once more, advised I would need to wait another 72 hours....to cut a long story short Dunelm blamed hermes, said I could choose either a replacement or refund to which I replied within an hour I would like a replacement sent out. I have received no correspondence for over a week so had to contact Dunelm again, it hasn’t been actioned: hermes are adamant they did not receive a parcel..... Another lot of 7 items due, receive email from Dunelm to say it’s on its way, with DHL. No tracking number in email however. Again, no items delivered. (Automatically generated to send on estimated due date) Contact via live chat again - no one seems to know what’s going on, have to explain situation again, employee wants every item number and description despite me confirming account. I explained I needed an estimated delivery date, as I cannot continue to keep waiting, and if there was a significant delay, could I get a refund. I then suddenly get cut off from the live chat, despite being very polite and fair / considerate for over an hour waiting on them..... Loosing the will to live, I try live chat again, this time I’m asked to send codes etc again, not so bad if it’s a small order! And surprise surprise, DHL have possibly lost the items in transit: these are large items, how do all these things go missing! Asked for tracking number, but funnily enough they couldn’t provide one. Was then told it may be a Mis-scan....? Now allegedly under investigation again whilst Dunelm sit on my 1k. Anyone can read between the lines and see what is going on here. Hopefully this will be resolved soon but so far I’m not holding out much hope.... I would not recommend ordering anything from them at the minute unless you want to be out of pocket with empty promises like a previous review has also stated.... such a shame as I have used them for years, but lately it is shockingly bad customer service, ease of contact, and out of date website / tracking facilities...

Very noisy dorma duvet! Dorma pillows also not made the same anymore! For cotton outers why so crispy like coated with something. Cotton on other products remains soft and comfy. From previous dorma pillows I hoped the quality was still there. Replaced pillows not worth it. Found a better alternative after wasting £22 sadly. Duvet is ok not worth the sale value over £40 wouldn’t pay £60

Disgusting service. They owe me £159 refund for their error. They have withheld my money for 28 days and continually lie about when it will be paid. Think solicitors will be needed to retrieve my money.

Online ordering is not worth the trouble. Item never arrived, long long waits to get though to chat help. Have cancelled my order and will stick with Amazon in future.
