“I purchased a carpet in December. By July it had developed a fault. I emailed Dunelm customer services and got a very quick response. They arranged for the carpet to be collected on a certain date, which it was. As soon as it was returned they arranged for my refund which was in my account within five days. I cannot praise Dunelm’s customer services enough. They were extremely helpful and polite and dealt with my problem speedily. Thank you Dunelm.”

“Re: Made to Measure Curtians & off the shelf curtains. We had an issue with one of the sets of made to measure curtains & Robert Rees Wall "Made to Measure Consultant" Blackpool Store" (Squires Gate Lane, Blackpool) was fantastic & extremly helpful & professional in dealing with us from start to finish. On a score of 1 to 10 then if we could have given Robert 11 then we would have done. Many Thanks Again.”

“I wanted some new curtains but I wanted a specific shade of teal, not shiny, not dull, warm and vibrant and they had exactly what I wanted and the six large sizes I wanted! They were in the 20% sale after Christmas and that made them even better value. I ordered on line and picked them up before the 3 hours waiting gap forecast. Very impressive!”
